Abydos Designer is a graphical processes design tool that enables organisations to quickly design and deploy new requests and processes in Remedy. It does this by providing a process design tool that is integrated with Remedy that provides capabilities including building processes and decision trees graphically, implementing processes with no configuration or customisation of Remedy, full release management environment and an end user wizard for process navigation.
