Subject: RTI application on mobile towers, birds and bee effected along with human beings Greetings, The UN affiliated OIPA in India and PFA Haryana welcome all the parameters and instructions issued by your Department about the mobile towers in India but we are very sorry to say that 75% of house sparrow and bees are badly affected due to the radiation of these mobile towers, where as human beings health, plants, water, environment and natural resources are also damaged, might be there are others reason too but development and better communication doesnt mean to compromise the damage, acceptance of these anti social equipments, which are established for personnel gain and profit by the mobile service providers in India, hence we want following information under RTI Act, 2005:

1. Whether radiations of these mobile towers are harmful to the house

sparrow, bees, water, plants, environment and nature along with the health of human beings? 2. How many illegal mobile towers are working in India and what action has been taken for their removal by the local administration with in the Indian territories? 3. How many mobile service providers are booked and convicted for the violation of the relevant guidelines and legislations? 4. How many Government functionaries and tainted officials are punished for their illegal support to the mobile towers syndicate, failed to perform their official duties and responsibilities? Please find attached here with relevant guidelines issued by the concerned Ministries for information and necessary action for their strict compliance in India. You are humbly requested to take up the matter with the local administration, if they failed to perform their official duties then please approach local court for appropriate orders or move public interest litigations in the interest of natural justice to the mankind, nature and all living creatures on this globe.
