II. Introduction
A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops Henry Brooks Adams. The following report has the objective to let us know and interpret how our orientations, principles and belief are integrated in our role as teachers. TPI stands for Teaching Perspective Inventory, which is a significant virtual test, which measures teachers orientations in the learning process. The Inventory yields five alternative points of perspectives on teaching by asking structured questions about teachers' actions in the teaching setting, their intentions how they organize the learning situation, and their beliefs about fundamental principles of teaching and learning. Those important points of perspectives are displayed in the following order: Transmission, Apprenticeship, Developmental, Nurturing and Social Reform.

A Scoring Profile for the Teaching Perspectives Inventory

According with the TPI test, I obtained a high score in the Nurturing Perspective and the result demonstrates the following statement: Effective teaching assumes that long-term, hard, persistent effort to achieve comes from the heart, not the head. I definitely agree with my TPI results. Since Ive started working as a teacher I have learned two important things: First, Students learn more in a climate of trust and care. To recognize that they are human beings that they can make mistakes while they are learning is fundamental and also it is important to listen to them every time you can, especially if they are

teenagers students which are worried by many different things. Nowadays, I take into account those aspects in order to teach. Second; encourage their efforts as much as you can, Ive learned that a small word like Congratulations, You did a good job or Brilliant those encouraging words let them academically grow in a certain way of trust and motivation. In the other hand, I represent the Transmission perspective also by obtaining the following score 37 points. The perspective aims the following statement: Effective teaching requires a substantial commitment to the content or subject matter. And I took this phrase which I consider very important to mention: Good teaching means having mastery of the subject matter or content; I definitely agree with this perspective because that means that for your students we are the main source inside the institution in order to transmit them all the correct content in and accurately and efficiently. I also agree with the enthusiasm that I have felt when Im doing my lesson plans and I imagine also my students reactions up to an activity or how can I modify those activities in order to improve my class and I convey that same good energy and enthusiasm to my students even thought if not all of them can receive it the same way I would like to, but I least I know that I made my part and some of them got it. IV. Conclusion I have checked my score sheet and I definitely agree with all the results. At the beginning I was kind of skeptic about this virtual test but after analyze my own teaching experience with the definitions of each perspectives I have realized that they really match with my teaching orientations. My beliefs and principles are growing during this amazing experience of being a teacher and I never stop learning thats why I can mention my own real examples and I can learn everyday by my own experiences as well as all the things I can learn from my students and colleagues. I definitely recommend this TPI to all the teachers, because internalizes in our points of views and you can also improve some areas in the way you teach since no one is perfect is this valuable art V.
