Saving Deposit Account (60%), Fixed Deposit account (8%), Current Deposit account (12%), Recurring Deposit Account (20%).
Mostly customer use saving deposit account because they get 4 % Interest on half bases account and these

is used by middle class person. Fixed accounts 8% because mostly believes in saving for some purpose, Current deposit account 12% because mostly current account are holded,By Business man and Recurring Deposit account 20% because mostly People get little more interest.

From the above diagram, the customer the procedure to open an account with the bank was difficult this question has two option 1.yes to certain extend, 2. No it was easy, so mostly (60 %) customer replied that yes to certain extend and anther (40%) replied that no it was easy.

From the overall service the customer some customer told that, yes to certain extends because this customer account opening process is very long. And some customer told that, no it was easy because this Customer account very simple process to the account and some Customer said it was easy because, bank employee are very helpful, That why it was easy.

From the above diagram, the financial service with the bank, customers are satisfied, very satisfied, dissatisfied, somewhat satisfied. Customer replied that(40%) customer is very satisfied, (20%) customer satisfied, (20%) customer dissatisfied

(20%) customer somewhat satisfied.

From the overall service some customer are very satisfied because the bank provide different types of service, service is very good that why I like this bank financial service. 20% customer said that, in this bank provide facility is good, nothing any default and good employees. Another 20% customer said that nothing different facility to another bank, that why they are dissatisfied and another 20% said somewhat satisfied because they keep charges on every services.

40 %told that after, 8 % told that never, 4 % told that sometimes. From the overall service provide the bank is mostly customer Said always because every time bank give better service to the Customer, and some said that after because some time printer and Electronics device defaulted. From the above overall service, mostly customer said strongly agree because account limit is not high and easy to maintain that why. another said that agree because some account limit is not high exsaving a/c -Easy to maintain Also this account. Another said that disagreed because some process is not easy to maintain.
