INTRODUCTION
Intaba View would like to take this opportunity in thanking you for offering us the opportunity to create your special day. At Intaba View we aim to provide you with a professional, flexible, personalised and stress free wedding. Our functions team has over 25 years combined experience with regards to weddings & functions. We assure our personal attention at all times, as our main objective is to make sure that the bridal couple have a memorable day... Our approach is friendly, effective, understanding and very hands on. Let us take the stress and pressure out of planning your wedding. No wedding is too big or too small, from intimate and romantic weddings for just the bridal couple and close family to larger celebrations and bigger budgets. We achieve this in working closely with you to create a truly memorable wedding day for bride and groom, as well as all your guests. You can be assured of our total dedication at all times; the quality of our service is paramount. At Intaba View we understand that a number of our bridal couples come from afar and therefore need, more than anything else, the complete peace of mind that their wedding plans will be co - ordinated exactly as they request. We will update you with regular progress reports and maintain personal contact throughout the planning and build up to your special day. Service Providers
Intaba View can provide you with a list of service providers eg: Cakes, DJS, Bands, Photographers, B&BS etc. Please remember this is for your account and you are completely responsible for the payment of any service providers. Any meals that will be provided for these private service providers shall form part of your total wedding guest list.

Drinks
Please note that our bar facility is fully licensed; therefore no alcoholic beverage is to be brought on the premises by guests or yourselves. Corkage is not permitted. A Price list is available if requested. Kindly confirm your bar requirements four weeks prior to your wedding to ensure adequate stock. These specifications must be sent in writing via email to our wedding co-ordinator. Should you wish to supply labels for wines, sparkling wines and champagne we shall gladly assist you with this. Our bar closes at 00H00, should you wish to have the bar remain open later this can be arranged however there are costs that shall be incurred. Please see additional costs. In the event of an open bar a holding deposit equal to the bar limit will be required. This amount must be settled along with the final wedding payments 30 days prior to your date. Any excess of your bar shall be refunded along with your deposit 7 calendar days after your function.

Additional Costs:
Please note that all wedding packages are up until 00H00, should you wish your function to continue after 00H00, you will be liable to pay an excess of R2000.00 per hour thereafter. This amount is payable on the night of the function either by credit card or cash. Public holidays and special days are also charged at R2000.00 additional for the day.

Children:
Please note that children are welcome at our venue. Should the need arise a child minder can be provided at any extra cost. Should a child minder not be requested, the onus is on the parents to care for the childs wellbeing.

Venue Hire
The venue hire for Intaba View is R8000.00 VAT incl.

Terms and Conditions Provisional/Confirmation of Bookings


A provisional booking may be made, however in order to secure your booking we require a minimum refundable deposit of 15% of the quotation no later than 7 days after the quotation is received by yourselves. This deposit shall also stand as a breakage deposit. Your deposit shall be paid back to an account of your choice 7 calendar days after your function, provided there is no: Damage / shortages / removal of: property, vehicles, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and any other equipment or fixtures, fittings and assets of Intaba View or should the cancellation clause be applicable. Please note that all payments are due no later than 30 calendar days prior to your wedding day, along with confirmed figures, menus and final decor arrangements. Kindly note that once final figures have been received no refunds shall be given on adjusted guest lists.

Cancelation/Postponement Policy:
4 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING - 50% OF THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING - 75% OF THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING - 100% OF THE ESTIMATED TOTAL COST No provisional booking is deemed confirmed unless the full deposit has been received by Intaba View within the above stipulated time frame and confirmed by our wedding co-ordinator in writing via email, failing which your provisional booking will automatically fall away.

Please Note:
The onus lies with the Bridal couple with regards to the confirmation of your wedding in writing and not Intaba View. Please ensure than once the deposit has been made, proof is emailed through to us along with your signed wedding contract.
