4) Contract Labor Act

Forms 16/17/18/20/21/22/23 shall be maintained as per the act.

Every contractor shall be sent Half Yearly Returns to the Licensing Officer in Form-24 on or before 31st of July. Every employer shall be sent the Annual Return in Form-25 on or before 15th February of every year.

5) BONUS ACT, 1965

Gratuity wage ceiling has been omitted the existing gratuity payment has been increased from 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs the service conditions is as per the Act.
