Innovative Technologies
Fee: $275 Multi-fee: $255 Late fee: $295 (after 11/21)
Over the past decade, innovative technologies have been increasingly used to perform in situ treatment throughout NJ, reecting an increased level of acceptance by the regulated community and regulators alike. However, in situ technologies entail much more than merely injecting amendments into the ground. Successful in situ remediation requires appropriate site characterization (soil and groundwater), knowledge of site geology/ hydrogeology and the science underlying the various technologies. This one-day program will provide you with the basics of performing successful remediation using a variety of innovative in situ technologies as well as present real site data derived from actual innovative technologies projects. The course will focus on choosing the right technology or combination of technologies, as well as delivery methods for given site conditions.
