J.A.M ( Java Auto Music) - Won 1st Place and Most Technical at PennApps 2012 A music transcriber that takes in a live recording or .wav le and writes out the music sheet for it. - Debugged and xed problems with recognizing and mapping sound to music notes. Implemented and improved functionalities for the GUI. Done in Java. - responsible for designing and setting up the front-end and UI using html, css, javascript, jquery, and Photoshop Mini-Maya (Collaboration with Angela Yu and Di Mu ) - C++ A simulation of the software Autodesk 3D Maya. The Mini-Maya has numerous geometry transformation functions as well as commands to adjust camera and lighting. - Implemented geometry transformation functions including subdivision, extrude, delete vertex, add edge etc. - Designed and created graphics for the front-end and linked up the back-end with the UI using QT Designer.
