After 10 years of development, PRIME has become a powerful economic group with 25 member companies, and over 10 associated and related companies, and one of 10 biggest private enterprises in Vietnam. This success has confirmed that PRIME has a strategic vision, a desire and has built a professional management system and a cultural environment imbued PRIME identity. Product quality, customer satisfaction, minimized impacts on environment and the interests of the Community are the missions of the leadership of the Group at all levels as well as the commitments to shareholders. IV. Development history of the company 1. Foundation history


In June 14th, 1999, in Hanoi, Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd. - specializes in manufacturing ceramic tiles has been established by three founders. The factory has a designed capacity of 2 million m2 per year located in Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone, Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc. In February 24th, 2005 Prime Group Company Limited was formally established on the basis of the member companies was established in the period from 1999 to 2005, with four main business areas: building materials; mineral and processing raw materials for ceramic industry, mining investment in industrial parks, urban and Trade, and Services. After 10 years of development, PRIME has become a powerful economic group with 25 member factories and more than 10 associated and related companies. Typically among them are:

- 8 tile factories with 35 production lines with designed capacity of 90 million m2 per year; - 1 factory of clay roof tiles; - 1 factory of water heater; - 3 exploiting and processing factories of raw materials for ceramic industry; Currently, the production capacity of PRIME tiles has increased 45 times compared to the time of establishment. Group has become the biggest tiles manufacturer in Vietnam in terms of output. PRIME products have gained consumer trust and choice through a network of distributors throughout 63 provinces and many countries around the world.

2. Milestones
(1) Starting with VINH PHUC aspiration. In June 14th, 1999, Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd. was established. In September 3rd 1999, a manufacture of wall ceramic tiles with designed capacity of 2 million m2 per year was started in Huong Canh industrial zone, Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc Province. In April 4th 2000, the first commercial product was present at the market. (2) Dynamic, innovative to catch up with developments PRIME GROUP Co., Ltd. was renamed as PRIME GROUP Joint Stock Company - a precondition for the construction and development of PRIME turning into public company. (3) Set a mark on Ceramic world map Continuously from 2006 up to now, PRIME is ranked fifth in the world in terms of ceramic production capacity by the Journal of World Ceramic. (4) Consolidate the foundation for prosperity In January, 2008 a factory of Flit named Vinh Phuc with designed capacity of 70,000 tons per year in operation, replacing the imported products, an estimated 50 million USD / year. (5) Commitment to prosperity In April, 2008, the message "prosperity is PRIME" and the song "Happiness is PRIME, PRIME is Prosperity" have been formally introduced successfully to the consumer community. (6) Expand and diversify products In May, 2008, a clay roof tile factory named Viet Roof Tile with the largest and most modern equipment in Southeast Asia, with designed capacity of 3 million m2 per year was officially put into operation.

(7) PRIME received an investment fund from DWS (Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Limited) In October, 2008, in the situation of world financial crisis in general and Vietnam in particular, DWS Investment Fund has invested 20 million dollars on Prime - Affirmed the sustainable development and prosperity of the Prime. (8) Become one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam In December, 2008, PRIME is ranked the sixth in the 500 biggest private enterprises in Vietnam by VNR. (9) Sustainable development Up to the year 2010, PRIME has developed a distribution network across 63 provinces with more than 100 distribution partners and over 30,000 retail outlets. (10) Continue to develop prosperously in all regions of Vietnam In April, 2009 PRIME Dai Loc - the largest tile factory in Southeast Asia with a total investment of more than 1000 billion VND, with designed capacity of 24 million m2 per year was put into operation only after 18 months of construction. (11) Prosperity Aspiration, Vinh Phuc Outreaching In January, 2010, PRIME has collaborated with Vietnam Building Ceramics Association to establish Research Institute of Ceramics Technology. Research Institute for Ceramics Technology is built on an area of 4000 m2 at the Headquarters of the Group in Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone, Binh Xuyen, Vinh Phuc Province. (12) Vinacapital fund invested in PRIME Group After the investment of 20 million USD by DWS, the sustainable development and prosperity of PRIME is again confirmed by the investment of Vinacapital Investment Fund with an amount of 15 million USD in March, 2010.

2. The capacity of PRIME


Leading in construction ceramic sector of Vietnam PRIME is now the biggest manufacturer and supplier of tiles in Vietnam, accounting for 30% market share. Due to better identify and exploit the development opportunities of Vietnam's ceramics industry associated with the construction industry in an integrated economy, Prime has made a reputation in the international market with competitive advantages in production costs. Large-scaled and centralized production PRIME invests in manufacturing ceramic tiles with large-scale, centralized, highly specialized. This model creates a competitive advantage for PRIME and creates the ability to meet the diverse needs of the market. New product Research and development.

Advanced production technology Most of the equipments and the production technology of PRIME have been imported from Italy, Spain. Board technology with modern equipment and professional hierarchy for the purposes of research, development, application and control. With the combined support of the Association of Vietnam Construction Ceramics, Institute of Ceramic Technology has been established. The Institute support and improve science and technology of ceramic production enterprises around the country, reducing reliance on technology, equipment and raw materials imported from abroad. System of product quality control Aware that the quality of products is made up in stages, everything must be done right from the beginning, PRIME has built a comprehensive management system. The continuous improvement activities are encouraged and maintained. PRIME Quality management system has been certified by prestigious independent organizations. Low Production Cost PRIME Group is the unique enterprise in Vietnam is active in materials, centralized and large-scale production control consistent with international practice, promoting the strengths of technology and effective management. Therefore, the production cost is lower by 10% compared with the same type of products are manufactured in Vietnam and other countries in the region, creating competitive advantage for our Group. Heat rod THERMOWATT ensures the shortest heating time combined with precised temperature gauges to save electricity. 3.3 Advanced Roof Tiles The first time in Vietnam, PRIME has introduced double roof tiles that are easy to use. Roman-style tile with novel design, in line with modern projects. PRIME roof tiles are glazed with many colors to create unique style for each project. 3.4 Investment and exploitation in Industrial Zones and Urban Areas In multi-sector strategy, PRIME investment and exploitation planning Industrial Zones and Urban area is considered one of the key business area. The development project in Thien Phuc Industrial Zone (102.7 hectares) in Thua Thien Hue province, the project in Que Son Industrial Zone (232ha) in Quang Nam province and the urban project in flowers Village (40ha) in Me Linh, Hanoi will soon be put into operation which gain high efficiency in the near future.

2. Community activities
PRIME specially pays attention to awareness education and responsibility concern to the community. PRIME together with local authorities and social organizations always support people who are disadvantaged, privileged families, the elderly, victims of war and victims of natural disaster By the end of 2009, PRIME has supported to build 40 houses of gratitude and thousands of donated gifts to disadvantaged people.

- The Minister of Finance awarded 3 Certificates of Merit in the years 2002, 2003 and 2004 and 1 Certificate of Merit on tax paying awarded by General Department of Taxation in 2006. - 2 Certificates of Merit awarded by Ministry of Industry in the years 2006 and 2007. - Golden Globe Award awarded by the Ministry of Culture - Information and Vietnam Union of Science and Technology in 2006. - Vietnam Golden Star Cup in the years 2006 and 2008 awarded by the Central Committee of the Association of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs. - Brand Award in the year 2005. - Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in development, brand development and participation in international economic integration in 2008 (in Decision 68/QD-UBQG on 01/09/2008) awarded by the National Commission for international economic cooperation. - And merits of other government agencies at all levels awarded to PRIME on excellent results in the production and sales.
