5% Restricted Stock Dividend

BEND, OR, July 16, 2012, U.S. Rare Earth Minerals, Inc., (OTCQB: USMN) announced today that FINRA has approved USMNs 5% restricted stock dividend (1 restricted share for every 20 owned). The dividend will be paid on August 8, 2012 to USMN shareholders who own shares as of the close of business on July 31, 2012. Shareholders will be delivered physical certificates to their addresses of record or Broker/Dealer bearing a restrictive legend that may be removed after a holding period of six months.
