RESUMEN

Investigacin ejecutada con el objetivo de determinar la relacin que existe entre la Calidad de los Registros de Enfermera y la Calidad de Atencin de Enfermera en el Servicio de Medicina Mujeres del Hospital Nacional PNP Luis N. Senz en el ao 2010. Estudio de tipo descriptivo - correlacional, diseo observacional y de corte transversal. La poblacin estuvo constituida por 35 pacientes que egresaron del Servicio de Medicina Mujeres y sus respectivas Historias Clnicas. Mediante la tcnica de observacin documental se recogi los datos en las Fichas de Auditora de los Registros de Enfermera emitida por el Ministerio de Salud del Per; y mediante la tcnica de Encuesta, se recogi los datos relacionados a la Calidad de Atencin de Enfermera en un cuestionario diseado y validado por las investigadoras. Conclusiones: La Calidad de los Registros de Enfermera es de nivel aceptable en 85.7% de los registros evaluados; considerando que los registros de Notas de Enfermera es aceptable en 68.6%, krdex de enfermera en 88.6%, Hoja Grfica de Funciones Vitales en 94.3% y la Hoja Grfica de Balance Hidro electroltico en 70.0%. La calidad de atencin de enfermera es de nivel alto ( x = 3.50); siendo de nivel similar en las dimensiones de proceso de atencin ( x =3.73), relacin enfermera-paciente ( x =3.56) y resultados ( x =3.73), mientras que la dimensin de comodidad se presenta en un nivel medio ( x =2.98).

ABSTRACTS

Research carried out in order to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing records and the quality of nursing care in the service of medicine women of the National Hospital PNP "Luis b. Senz" in the year 2010. Study of descriptive - correlational, observational and cross-section design. The population was made up of 35 patients who graduated from the medical women's service and their respective clinical histories. Through the documentary observation technique was collected the data in the chip of audit of the records of nursing issued by the Ministry of health of the Peru; and by the technique of survey, collected data related to the quality of nursing care in a questionnaire designed and validated by the researchers. Conclusions: The quality of the records of nursing is acceptable level at 85.7% of evaluated records; considering that records of nursing notes is acceptable in 68.6%, krdex of nursing in 88.6%, leaf graph of vital functions in 94.3% and the hydro Balance graph sheet electrolytic in 70.0%. The quality of nursing care is of high level ( x = 3.50); being of a similar level in the dimensions of care ( x = 3.73), nurse relationship ( x = 3.56) and results ( x = 3.73), while the dimension of comfort is presented in a medium level ( x =2.98).
