Over recent weeks we have been engaging you regarding the Promotional Rebate Term (PRT).

As a next step please find attached a more formal update, simply put we need you to complete an authorisation form for us to go to the next level of implementation.

Once we have this and depending on the complexity of the change, e.g. isolating House Brand, the process should be very straight forward where you will be engaged throughout. Again thanks for your support and I look forward to speedy transitions so we can concentrate on our categories moving forwards.
