The mobile communication plays a major role in telecommunication industry. Indian telecommunication sector is prosperous as Indian economies are considerably good. Mobile network comes under the service sector, which is experiencing a rapid development which in turn is supporting the growth in Indian economy, provides example chances employment and self employment generation. we find that to implement MNP in India the decision was taken which was to first find out the all internal system that would be impacted by this change and then resolve the system to use it . We can find the switching cost in the real sense by altering supplies by remaining with the current supplies. So as a result Sutherland (2007) reveled that regulators have found it necessary to launch MNP services as they reduce switching fee and facilitate customer choice and ensure effective competition. The MNP service encourages the customers to keep at a minimum. The present study has been made to analyze of the mobile number portability and users switching behavior.
