Stages of QMS development and implementation ________________________________________ The duration of QMS development and implementation in a company is from 4 to 12 months,

depending upon the degree of companys QMS conformity with the requirement s of any quality standards, personnels preparedness, size of the organization, lo cation of production sites and other factors. The Customer may choose and order at its option any from offered stages or the w hole range of consulting services. STAGE 1 Conducting the diagnostic audit of the existing Customers Quality Management Syst em, preparation of the report with recommendations in implementation and prepara tion to QMS certification in compliance with the requirements of international s tandard ISO 9001:2008 and work plan-schedule. For successful construction of efficient management system the managers of the c ompany have to exactly know the advantages and disadvantages of the existing man agement system. STAGE 2 Conducting seminars on QMS, ISO 9001:2008 and practice of QMS implementation in companies for customers managers and specialists. Seminar programs include main requirements of the standard, experience of their practical application and are developed on the basis of a diagnostic audit and s pecificity of the company. STAGE 3 Conducting the seminar QMS Internal Auditor. ISO 9001:2008, ISO 19011:2002" for i nternal auditors of the customer. In the course of the seminar requirements and practical examples of planning and QMS internal audits are considered, using practical examples of the company bei ng consulted. STAGE 4 Development and implementation of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, including identification and description of business processes, making out necessary documents, introduction of documents. Consultants render methodological assistance in identification and description o f QMS processes, determination of processes interconnection, determination of pr ocess effectiveness criteria, determination of process objectives, requirements to resources, updating of responsibilities and authorities distribution. STAGE 5 Integrated QMS internal audit (audit-consulting) to check its compliance with th e requirements of ISO 9001:2008. During this stage, consultants of Global Standard together with the customers perso nnel plan and conduct internal audit of the developed QMS.

STAGE 6 Consulting support of QMS certification process during certification audit of th e customer. Certification process support. If nonconformities have been found the consultant s will help to correctly identify their reason and define corrective and prevent ive actions.
