The 10 stakeholder have been described as following in details. (In the report it has not been asked that the stakeholder should be in original, we are considering virtual stakeholder.)

Project Leader:

This stakeholder will be interested in the project because the project is heading by him and project leader will try to make his best for his own profit and sustainability of the project.

Upper management is responsible for all kind of success of the project and will want to be the stakeholder for the project for its successful completion.

Government for the welfare of the public or customers for this project will want to be the stakeholder in this project and will subsidies the profit money to the public.
10. Financial Organization:

All financial organization shall want to be the stakeholder in this good project as of this projects growth and the benefit they will earn through the continuous profit source. Stakeholders influence on the project and strategy to manage them: The main influence will be of upper management, government, financial organization and project customers on this project as upper management will want to have the whole credit to in their hands but financial organizations for their own profit and high return on their value shall want to have great influence on the project. Governments and public or project customers shall have more influence as the project customers are the only target for this project as project customers will want to have more benefit from the project and government will interfere for the project customers benefit and will want to have their maximum influence in this project. Government will want to have their whole management power for this project so they will have the more percentage of stakes for this project and will manage all other stakeholders. After government upper management & financial organizations will have the most credit and will be managed by government. Other stakeholders will be managed by their upper management unit and respectively for all stakeholders there will be an upper management unit to manage them and so all stakeholders will be take care by the whole system. Sewage treatment options: As listed in this project we have decided to choose one of the four options which can meet the meet the water authorities objectives. The four options are described below. In a sewage (or industrial wastewater) treatment plant, the activated sludge process can be used for one or several of the following purposes:

Oxidizing carbonaceous matter: biological matter. Oxidizing nitrogenous matter: mainly ammonium and nitrogen in biological materials. Removing phosphate. Driving off entrained gases carbon dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen, etc. Generating a biological floc that is easy to settle. Generating liquor that is low in dissolved or suspended material.

Option 3: Lagoon treatment system Land area required: 200 ha Construction cost: $100 million Construction duration: 7-10 years Operating cost: $1 million per annum Operating features: Technical process still under development Potential for commercial income for sale of energy A time significant odor Good environmental outcomes Advantages: Lagoon systems can be cost-effective to design and construct in areas where land is inexpensive. They use less energy than most wastewater treatment methods. They are simple to operate and maintain and generally require only part-time staff. They can handle intermittent use and shock loadings better than many systems, making them a good option for campgrounds, resorts, and other seasonal properties. They are very effective at removing disease-causing organisms (pathogens) from wastewater. The effluent from lagoon systems can be suitable for irrigation (where appropriate), because of its high-nutrient and low pathogen content.

Good environmental outcomes whilst plant is well maintained Process has limited scope for expansion Advantages: Sludge reed beds are a significant improvement over existing drying beds. Sludge can be dewatered and converted into biomass and low-grade compost without chemical addition or energy. They have lengthy turnover time and are capable of reducing sludge volumes by up to 95% over time. Conclusion for choosing best options: As we can observe that the for the water treatment system from the mentioned four options we will choose first options IDEA treatment system which is more effective in case of high volume and low cost effective and also less concern about environment.

So, the project is going to be costlier by $ 1,227,103.16 than what was estimated earlier.
