THE ALL NEW PATHWAY STABILIZER G3 IS HERE
As we strive to develop the highest quality products on the market, this month we are launching our 3rd generation of pathway stabilizer, Technisoil Pathway Stabilizer G3. This new formulation is very exciting and demonstrates the highest durability than all other polymers in its class. Coverage per bottle has been increased to 75 sq. ft.. The most durable polymer on the planet.

PERMEABLE AGGREGATE BINDER

In April we are also introducing EkoFlo permeable aggregate binder. We have test marketed this product for the past year and have received rave reviews. We have been working with municipalities in Colorado and Oregon through our dealers to create attractive and functional tree wells, parkways (the area between sidewalks and roadways) and paths. Our product was used on the American Express HQ in Plantation, Florida in their green roof design, allowing them to have porous, natural areas that can withstand hurricane force winds.

EkoFlo is an innovative binder that is mixed and poured in place, allowing your clients to be creative with their designs. EkoFlo is less expensive than the other guys and you get 3 times more coverage per gallon!

is a patent pending, cutting edge natural pavement technology that is mixed with or applied to crushed stone mixes. Our quick curing liquid binder is the first natural paving system that surpasses DOT specification for asphalt. Due to this incredible natural binding action it is durable in adverse weather conditions and creates a bond the resists abrasion and staining. TechniSoil G5 excels in freeze thaw thermal cycles as well as in intense heat situations.

On February 28th a new stabilization product was demonstrated at Fort Irwin Base in Southern California. This test was to demonstrate techniques that would have a life cycle of more than 4 years. With current dust and stabilization techniques having short life cycle performance of less than 1 year, methods are being explored to create more durable lasting options.

This new new class of stabilization binder was tasked to stabilize the following in situ soil type.

Technisoil G5x is a new class of super polymers that have been developed and patented by our company. Not only will this revolutionize what you can stabilize but the overall strength of it is unmatched. With 10 to 15 years of durability with no maintenance, this will be the new standard of stabilization.

[AEL sieve chart] This test section utilized a Terex soil stabilization machine to mix the liquid binder into the soil. After a 4 day curing of the test section the patch was analyzed by the L.A. Army Corps of Engineers, (all from in and around Fort Irwin Military Base). The results of this testing demonstrated a finished road section that exhibited significant hardness and durability. Lab testing on this new binder has shown high stability values with relatively low R-value soils. While testing for stability values to contrast its performance to asphalt the following tests were conducted by MTI labs in Redding California. [testing photo]
