Not accessible for Testing. Closing Coil Ckt. Frequent fuse blowing in VCB is observed in RMU 7 cable- 1 panel, cable-2 Panel because of problem in breaker Aux .contactor.(Brk. Plug Pin 9&11internal Short) 200KVA Transformer O/G Panel CTR: 400/1A , Transformer FLA-10.49A at sec. current 26mA,Micom P127 Relay OC Setting set at 0.1A (i.e) 40A ,0.1 is Micom P127 min setting & Relay Sec. Current will not measure during load time. Solar control Room Transformer BUZ, OTI, PRV, WTI, MOG are Trip in LT ACB only and need to provide in HT SF6 Breaker trip also. Need to Interlock provide in MCR HT VCB panel to RMU HT panel Earth Switch otherwise somebody close HT VCB and RMU HT Panel Earth Switch directly all the phases are short with ground. All RMU CSDPR relay settings set as factory settings, Such as , I> , I>>, I0>,I0>> etc RMU -7 Panel Aux.Voltage 240VAC ,but Hooter is given 24/48VAC, so Hooter is burned, need to replace the new hooter at 240V AC Range RMU-2 TR-1 & RMU -7 Panel Multi Power O/C & E/F Protection Relay CSDPR-V2100 Aux.Supply Terminals A2,A3 Internal Short due to power supply card fail, the present Relay working through CT Current Power Only ,Aux.Power Not Working so without load time relay not ON.*CSPDR Relay Design is given in Annexure-I. All Isolator alignments are found not good due to improper Erection 66KV BUS PT R Phase Oil leakage and moisture IR Value 220Meg ohm only, need to Rectify. i) Solar Control Room - 7, Indication Lamp of ACB panel for Block 7B ON & OFF is fused. ii) In Solar Control Room - 6, Indication Lamp of ACB panel for Block 6A OFF is fused iii) In Solar Control Room - 4, Indication Lamp of ACB panel for Block Panel 4A,4B,4C - ON is fused iv) In Solar Control Room - 3, Indication Lamp of ACB panel for Block 3D ON is fused v) In Solar Control Room - 2, Indication Lamp of ACB panel for Block 2A ON &OFF & 2B, 2C, 2D Block ON Is fused. RMU-2 Transformer 1 Buchholz Alarm-contact on Buchholz Relay is not working RMU-5 Transformer 1 OTI Monitor Not Working Remarks/Action Elsytec Engineers Rectified by the problem & Differential and REF Stability Test Done found OK Elsytec Relay Co-Ordination Done Elsytec Engineers Rectified the fault and found OK Need loop wiring > by Enfinity
