MRS. LOLA MAE WADE

Lola was born on January 30, 1938 in Aiken County. She transitioned to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday night, August 7, 2012 declaring Oh death where is thy sting, death is swallowed up in victory, as she went on to be with the Lord. Lola gave her life to the Lord at an early age, joining the Montmorenci Missionary Baptist Church, under the guidance and influence of her parents. She loved going to church, reading the Bible, singing in the choir, and cooking everyones favorite dish. Most importantly, Lolas love began at home. SHE LOVED HER FAMILY . . . she always had a wonderful smile at the sight of her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She was educated in the Aiken County public school system. During this time, she completed cosmetology training and loving became known as the family hairdresser! Lola was also a member of the Black Rose Social Club.

Her parents, King Lewis Richardson and Essie Mae Oliphant Richardson and her brother, Willie James Richardson, preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her devoted and loving husband for 56 years, Robert Lee Wade of the home; daughters, Debra A. Wade Green (Anthony), Patricia Teverne Nadine Jacobs (Anthony); sons, Robert Gregory Wade (Judy), Carnard Andrettic Wade (Raquel) and Robert Richardson; sisters, Mae Doris Patterson, Shirley Thompson (Alphonso), Ruby Walker (John), and Adlee Adams; brothers, Jimmy KC Richardson and Freddie Richardson; four in-laws, Elease Corley (Namon), Evetta Wade, Anna Wade, and Jessie Samuels; two Godchildren, Sonya Adams and Derrick Wells, and a host of grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends. sisterTeresa Wade and

Who had a young and pretty face? Who had a soft and warm embrace? Who can never be replaced? Momma was her name.
