Brad W. Breslau, an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, pursuant to Rule 91 O(b) of the Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Colorado, respectfully moves for the admission for Damien Nicholas Tancredi, Esq., to practice pro hac vice in this Court to represent Cordillera Transition Corporation. The applicant states the following in support of this Application: 1. Damien Nicholas Tancredi, Esq. is an attorney in Delaware with the law firm of

as Exhibit "A," Mr. Tancredi has been a member in good standing of the state bar of the State of Delaware since December of2009 and his bar number is 5395; a member of the state bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since May of2010 and his bar number is 308317; and a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware since November of2010.
