GLOBAL NOTES TO DEBTOR'S AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULES OF ASSETS AND
LIABILITIES
Cordillera Golf Club, LLC dba The Club at Cordillera (the "Debtor"), hereby
submits the Debtor's Amendment to Schedules of Assets and Liabilities (the "Amended
Schedules") which amends the Debtor's Schedules of Assets and Liabilities filed on July 12,
2012 (the "Schedules"), as supplemented on July 13, 2012, and as amended on August 14, 2012
and on September 28, 2012. Unless expressly set forth herein, no other information and/or
disclosures set forth on the Schedules and each amendment thereto, including the global notes
submitted with the Schedules and each amended thereto, is amended or modified or otherwise
changed by the Amended Schedules.
Amended Schedules of Assets and Liabilities
Given the length of the Schedules submitted on July 12, 2012, as supplemented
on July 13, 2012, and as amended on August 14, 2012 and on September 28, 2012, and for the
ease and convenience of the Court and all parties in interest, the Debtor includes herein only
pages which include additions and/or corrections being made to the Schedules, as amended.
Amended Schedule B Notes:
The prior description set forth on Schedule B-22 is deleted and replaced in its
entirety by the listing set forth on Attachment B-22.

The Debtor reserves all rights regarding the true characterization of the leases,
contracts and/or other agreements that are the basis for a potential creditor's
placement on Schedule F, and does not concede that any such creditor has a
secured, unsecured or other interest. The Debtor does not waive any remedies or
rights related to the same.
Amended Schedule G Notes:
The Debtor hereby reserves all rights to dispute the validity, status or
enforceability of any lease, contract and/or other agreement set forth in Schedule
G and to amend or supplement such Amended Schedule as necessary.
Additionally, the placing of a lease, contract and/or other agreement onto
Schedule G shall not be deemed an admission that such lease, contract and/or
other agreement is an executory contract or unexpired lease, or that it is
necessarily binding, valid and/or enforceable. Any and all of.the Debtor's rights,
claims and causes of action with respect to the leases, contracts and/or other
agreements listed on Schedule G are hereby reserved and preserved.
The leases, contracts and/or other agreements listed on Schedule G may have
expired or may have been rejected, terminated, assigned, modified, amended
and/or supplemented from time to time by various amendments, change orders,
restatements, waivers, estoppel certificates, letters and other documents,
instruments and agreements which may not be listed therein. Certain of the
leases, contracts and/or other agreements listed on Schedule G may be in the
nature of secured financings, and the inclusion of such on Schedule G is not an
admission that the lease, contract and/or other agreement is an executory contract,
financing agreement or otherwise.
The Debtor is informed that the rights of certain non-Debtor lessors, lessees
and/or contract parties, as applicable, to certain leases, contracts and/or other
agreements added to Schedule G may have been assigned and/or otherwise
transferred to other parties since the initial execution of such lease, contract
and/or agreement. Out of an abundance of caution, the Debtor has included
certain multiple parties set forth herein as possible current and/or prior lessors,
lessees and/or contract parties, as applicable.
The Debtor reserves all rights regarding, the true characterization of the leases,
contracts and/or other agreements set forth on Schedule G, and does not concede
that any such contract party has a secured, unsecured or other interest. The
Debtor does not waive any remedies or rights related to the same.
