Jamaai is the 1st organized player to introduce this concept parlor with our own manufacturing plants. Nowadays, Ice Cream consumption is happing all over the year except during the rainy season. Though India has a low per capita ice cream consumption of 300 ml Per Annum, the trend is slowly changing and encouraging. The Indian ice cream market is estimated at 4300 Crores, in which 35% are still occupied by unorganized sector. Hence huge potential for branded organized parlors Bakery market: Bakery industry in India today has an important place in the industrial map of the country. Bakery products are an item of mass consumption in view of its low price and high nutrient value.With rapid growth and changing eating habits of people, bakery products have gained popularity among masses. The sector, typically, constitutes cakes, breads, biscuits & snacks. The bakery industry has achieved third position in generating revenue among the processed food sector. 365 Days Revenue Model : Unlike other ice cream parlors, which makes less money in off seasons, Our Jamaai parlors revenue model will keep the parlor profitable on all 365 days, irrespective of seasonality. The season for ice cream business is March June, slows down from July September and low from October to February. In contrary, for bakery products, the peak season is from October Jan, slows down from May September and low from February April. Our combination of ice cream and bakery products will compensate a franchisees turnover month after month. So be it Sun or rain, our franchisee is ensured of making good margins throughout the year.
