1. Good morning Sir/Madam, I am very glad to introduce myself in-front of you sir. This is Jhansi. S. I completed my graduation BE (EEE) in Krishnaswamy college of Engineering, chennai with 8. 25 CGPA in the year 2012. I completed my schooling in two different schools. I did my SSLC in SVMHSS with 82% and my 12th std in JAMHSS with 75%. I am from middle class family and my family consists of 5 members including me. My father is a government employee and mother is a home maker. I have an elder sister and elder brother. Both are employed. My strength is being punctual and a most responsible person towards work. My weakness is expecting the same punctual and sincere work from others. My short term goal is to get placed in a challenging position in reputed organization as yours and my long term goal is I should play a major role for the development of the company. Thank you for giving this wonderful opportunity. 2. Sir, basically I m the kind of person who enjoy works with different kinds of individual. I love variation and to work with different kinds of people is always been a challenging thing and I appreciate it individually because it keeps me going. 3. My strength is my knowledge, skill, My Will Power, and positive

attitude. I am always ready to work. My weakness is, I never fill comfortable until i will not complete my work and i want perfection in my work so sometime it takes a too much time. My strength is my positive attitude towards everything, impossible is a word which is not there in my dictionary; I believe that if you have faith everything is possible, m very hardworking, honest and good time management skills. I m very friendly with people. I m an extremely optimistic person and take things as they come in my life. My weakness is I easily believe people, n I am trying to overcome it by not getting emotionally attached with people who don't care about me.
4. Sir, from the four years of my studies i've gained enough theoretical

and practical knowledge. And now I need a platform to show and develop my skills. I came to know that, rather than many other companies your company offers a larger platform 2 perform, 2 grow, 2 improve knowledge, 2 improve skills etc. And I strongly believe that my good becomes best under the right leadership of your experienced officials. These are the reasons why I choose your company and It will be a blessing for me if I get a job in your company. 5. Yes I like to work in pressure. As a very beautiful saying that "The greatness of a person is estimated when a person is able to handle the provoking situation. Yes sir. Not only me everyone can work under pressure. But the question is "What about the quality of work ? ". So I can definitely say one thing sir. I am an individual who can work under pressure and can also produce qualitative output.

Because by relocation we can come up with new ideas as the team formed there will new for us, communication skills will be enhanced,

9.q- How long would you expect to work for us if hired? As far as I can tell, this company has everything I'm looking for. I enjoy this type of work and the benefits at this company are great. I'm looking for a long term position and if there are opportunities for advancement and growth here, then I want to stay for a long time. I will work with this company as long as my presence benefits both the company and mine in parallel. So that company gains good results and I can be in a position to improve my skills. 10. Being a fresher my 1st aim is to upgrade my skill and knowledge with hard work, which is the key to achieve any thing in near future. I hope, being reputed company it will provide me with salary package that satisfies or fulfill my basic needs.
