Now, the second change I want you to make is to stay open at all times. We are going to change your vibration and to do that, we need to change the way you see the world. Ironically, the Universe is communicating with you all the time its just that our society has conditioned us to ignore these signals in favor of what we can see, feel and hear. Unfortunately, the Universe doesnt communicate that way and when we tune out our intuition, were also cutting off a very strong tool for navigating through life. As I mentioned earlier, this guide will show you how to strengthen your intuition but the first step is to let go of any limiting beliefs and open yourself up to the possibilities. Well cover how to do that in just a bit as well. Okay, so you now know what to expect and you understand how your energy works lets begin your transformation by learning how to get centered and zero in on what it is you truly want:

Now that you know how to find your center, you should know how to use this position of power Yes, power! Being centered in mind also helps to focus your own natural energies, so when youre in this balanced state of being, your ability to manifest is also more potent! You can for example, use this same meditation to raise your vibrational energy and give yourself a psychic boost when you need it!

But fear not you just need to dust it off and give it a little exercise to get your intuition back into shape. And there are fortunately several ways to do this: Ask for Guidance Using the meditative session weve described above, enter into your relaxed and centered state and then ask your Higher Self what you need to see or know about a particular situation. Understand that the answers may not come immediately but just in case, have that journal on hand as I suggested earlier. Become Aware of Sensations Each of us has a different psychic type some are empathic for example, while others might be more physically intuitive or intellectually intuitive. And of course, you could be a combination of several types. Your type will determine how the Universe communicates with you so you need to learn to recognize the signs. Grab that journal and make a note each time you feel a certain way or are drawn to a particular thing, person or course of action.
