I was NOT allowed to vote in the last presidential election 2012 despite to present evidences to the FBI that I had a confirmation to receive my absent ballot. I was brutally segregated of my rights to vote. How could you or the Fl governor explain in front a U.S judicial court that I was a Cuban political refugee accepted under the Cuban Adjustment Act for exactly crimes like this, depriving peoples to have an open, free right to vote. NOW how could you explain that in front a USA court when you deprive your own citizens the rights to vote? I was NOT allowed to vote due the corruption that is carrying there in Miami, and thanks to the Governor silence. I can understand that political rats Cuban-Republic of Banana "patriots" as I call them like Marco Rubio, and Lincoln-Mario Diaz Balart have been there in silence all these years. I know all of them very well to the core, because they are those "Cubans" rats and traitors that Jose Marti denounced once as using Cuba as a pedestal. They are all men without words and without morality. I can spot these rats thousand miles aways. But the governor Rick Scott??? I can not understand the reasons he is linked and trapped with these CubanBanana-politicians crap and no sticking with the principles of the U.S Constitution and the father founders. That is really disturbing and bizarre!!! The governor Rick Scott has in his possession a letter signed from both my wife Gitte Toldsted and I, with news accusations to the previews 26 that has to be already delivered to the U.S Department of Justice and we are counting since was received there in your office in Tallahassee (via UPS, receipt attached to this email) on July 2012. The Florida governor Rick Scott is failing to request open and publicly the government of Barack Hussein Obama, as it is our will, for: To request legal explanation in what conditions I was tortured and kidnapped in Denmark. November 1, 2006, and left handicap for life. (See letter to ex president George W. Bush in The White House mentioning about oncoming president Barack Hussein Obama). To request legal explanation why I was NOT allowed to contact the American embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark at the time of the brutal and unjustified arrest as it is stablished in every U.S passport page. 4.4 and protecter this one under the U.S Constitution by the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963. To request legal explanation why I was not allowed to enter to consult the Consulate in Copenhagen, Denmark on September 4. 2012. (Despite to have appointment made through the State Department website) To request legal explanation why I was segregated to vote in the last presidential elections 2012 as a US citizen, according with accusations already delivered to the FBI almost two years ago. The Danish policemen Nicolai Cederskjold, Anders Bitsch and Jens Rasmussen has to be extradited and prosecuted in front a Miami court under my accusations in the U.S Department of Justice (ERIC HOLDER) since March 23, 2010. And under the "Mutual and legal cooperation and extradition agreement between Denmark and USA". We know very WELL that you, the USA government and officials are scare to the hell that this case will be open and public in front a USA judicial Federal court, because it will NOT be only that the black skinny ass of Barack Hussein Obama and the cellulite skinny ass of the Queen of Denmark Margarethe II both of them have been teaming up in conspiracy to hide this fraud and brutality against a USA citizen in Denmark, but also those officials involved inside the U.S Department, FBI, and Miami Dade Election Department , and for those last one, the jail is waiting for them, and we are asking jail!!! Jail = Justice!!! Even these congressmen Lincoln Diaz Balart and Mario Diaz Balart are accountable to justice and eligible to face prison. (As the FBI found "the way" to put in prison to ex-congresmen James Traficant). And I am asking prison to both of them. You can NOT extradite a Danish citizen (Kamila Broe) to Miami, Florida and not to extradite now those Danish policemen under the same mutual legal agreement. That is double morality and violations of law and justice!!! You can NOT put in prison ex-congresman James Traficant and then left get away from justice congressman Lincoln & Mario Diaz Balart. That is double morality and violations of law and justice!!! Warren David. This is my last legal warning to Florida governor Rick Scott. We want immediately legal assistance according the 6th amendment in my rights as U.S citizen to confront my accusers and those that collaborated with them. My family and I we want our right to settle in front a USA court "Mario Herrera and Family vs USA government" and we are NOT going to stop until this will be settle in front a USA court. Thank you for contacting Governor Rick Scott regarding Floridas election process. The Governor appreciates your concerns and asked me to respond on his behalf.

Secretary of State Ken Detzner has begun to meet with supervisors of elections to discuss what areas of Floridas election process need to be improved. Secretary Detzner has also met with the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections to get their feedback and insight. Issues of discussion for the Secretarys meetings with supervisors include wait times at polling places, why certain counties were unable to report their preliminary absentee results in a timely manner, and why St. Lucie County needed to retabulate their election results several days after Election Day.

Governor Scott encourages legislators to have a bipartisan and open discussion during the upcoming legislative session about what changes may need to be made to current Florida election laws.
