MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Dining Benefits: The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, tobacco and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at all restaurants. NON-TRANSFERABLE. Not valid for catering. Valid only one card per booking. Valid only one card per table. Upon presentation of a valid membership card prior to dining, members shall be provided with a complimentary meal for all dining periods at all participating restaurant outlets at participating HOTELS, on each dining occasion when accompanied by one or more paying guests. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding tax, gratuity, beverages and alcoholic beverages) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. This voucher is valid for three (3) months from purchase of membership. NONTRANSFERABLE. 4. Special Occasion Voucher: One (1) Special Occasion voucher for fifty percent (50%) discount on the total food bill in any participating restaurant, when dining at a table of six (6) to twelve (12) people. Complimentary Bottle of Wine: Member shall receive one (1) voucher valid for one (1) bottle of house wine when dining at any participating restaurant when dining in a group of two (2) or more. (With minimum consumable amount to be spent of P2,000.00) NON-TRANSFERABLE

Complimentary Appetizer: Member shall receive one (1) voucher for complimentary appetizer when dining in a group of four (4) or more people at Astralis, Yurakuen or Sky Lounge. (With minimum consumable amount to be spent of P2,000.00) NON-TRANSFERABLE

Cash Vouchers: Member shall receive eight (8) vouchers valued at P100.00 (One Hundred Pesos) each to be used when dining at any participating restaurant. Member discounts apply. One (1) voucher can be used per visit. NON-TRANSFERABLE

Accommodation Benefits: Member may access preferred member rate to book rooms for friends and business associates. Member or membership need not be present at time of his or her guest check-in to qualify for the specified rates. Subject to space availability and prior reservations requested. A. Member shall receive one (1) voucher for one (1) room night on member rates and get the second night free. Inclusive of breakfast for two (2) persons at Corniche. NONTRANSFERABLE B. Member shall receive two (2) vouchers for pay two (2) room nights on member rates and get the third night free. Inclusive of breakfast for two (2) persons at Corniche. NONTRANSFERABLE C. A preferred members rate at 10% off best available local rate. Subject to availability at time of reservation. TRANSFERABLE D. Member shall receive two (2) vouchers for suite upgrade at cost of P5,000.00++ per night. NON-TRANSFERABLE E. Member shall receive 50% off rack rates. Applicable seven (7) days a week F. Member shall be entitled to late check out. Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before/after posted time. Subject to availability

Banquet/Conference Benefits: A. Member shall receive one (1) lunch/dinner voucher for two (2) persons at Corniche for a onetime banquet for every P75,000.00, excluding tax and service charge. TRANSFERABLE B. Member shall receive one (1) lunch/dinner voucher for two (2) at Yurakuen or Astralis worth P4,000.00 for a one-time banquet event worth P100,000.00, excluding tax and service charge. TRANSFERABLE C. Member shall receive one (1) overnight stay voucher for a one-time banquet event worth P250,000.00, excluding tax and service charge. TRANSFERABLE

Other Benefits: A. Health and Fitness Center Member shall receive one (1) voucher for one (1) week trial workout to the health and fitness center including the use of swimming pool and gym. NONTRANSFERABLE Member shall receive fifty percent (50%) off membership fee at the gym. Applicable for one year membership only. Valid for new members or first time guests only. Not valid for existing members. NON-TRANSFERABLE Member shall receive twenty percent (20%) off for massages at Diamond Spa and ten percent (10%) off on reflexology treatments at the LifeSpan Reflexology. NONTRANSFERABLE B. Member for a Day Member shall receive two (2) vouchers entitling the holder to the STANDARD DINING benefits for one (1) day. TRANSFERABLE C. Renewal Benefit Member shall receive one (1) complimentary Spouse Card when renewing the membership Member shall receive one (1) dining voucher for complimentary lunch/dinner for two (2) at Corniche D. Referral Benefit Member shall receive one (1) complimentary dining voucher for two (2) for either lunch or dinner at Corniche for every successful referral E. Sundry Boutique: Member shall receive ten percent (10%) off at Sundry Boutique except on magazines, newspapers and Royce chocolates.

GENERAL Your signature on and use of your Diamond Indulgence membership card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below. This card must be signed by you and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Your membership benefits are available throughout the year except on Black-out Dates Your membership privilege will be extended only upon presentation of a valid membership card. No refunds will be accorded if card is not presented. Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programmes or Diamond Indulgence card. Vouchers must be used within the validity period. Lost or misplaced vouchers are not replaceable. Changes and or additional benefits and restaurant promotions are communicated to members via a monthly newsletter. Please ensure that your email address is given to us upon registration or receipt of your package. MEMBERSHIP CARD Membership cards are the responsibility of the members and are valid until the expiry date shown on your card Any loss or theft of your membership card should be immediately reported to Diamond Indulgence. An administrative charge will be made to issue a replacement card. Diamond Indulgence membership card is the property of Diamond Hotel Philippines. Upon receipt of the Diamond Indulgence membership card, the card must be signed by the member in order to be activated otherwise the card will be deemed NULL and VOID. The Restaurant Manager has the right to refuse discount or retain the card for verification. Once membership is purchased, member is bound to abide by the policies, terms and conditions of the card set by the hotel management. The card is the property of Diamond Hotel Philippines and the Management reserves the right to cancel the membership when a member does not abide by the policies, terms and conditions set in this programme. No refund on the membership fee and or any form of compensatory measures will be extended. DINING This card is not valid for reductions on alcoholic beverages, room service, banqueting, take-out services, outside catering, or room service unless otherwise stated. Members are limited to one card per table or party per visit and must dine at the table to enjoy these benefits. Members and their diners have to order a dish per person in order to enjoy the varying discounts. Side dishes are excluded from this discount benefit. Reductions are available only on the total food bill. Fifty percent (50%) discount is only applicable when there are two (2) adult dining parties at a table and when a minimum of two (2) food items are ordered. Meal periods and operating hours are subject to change. Reductions are not applicable to events and promotions Reductions are available for unlimited visits. Member must be present when dining to enjoy the varying discounts. Definition of party is a group of two (2) or more persons dining at one (1) table or more tables. Where there is a request for side by side or nearby tables, this will be one (1) party and the one (1) card per table or per party policy will apply. ACCOMMODATION Room booking are subject to advance reservations and availability. Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programmes or Diamond Indulgence card. Room rates are subject to change during the year. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers, programmes or Diamond Indulgence card. Participating outlets, discounts and services are subject to change. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Neither Diamond Indulgence nor Diamond Hotel Philippines shall be liable for an amount greater than the membership fees to any member as a result of or in conjunction with his or her membership. Any queries relating to the use of the card or its validity should be referred to the Diamond Indulgence Customer Service Manager or their authorized representative whose decision is final.
