We welcome all members to all of our fitness classes! Please take into consideration that individual instructors may use different music, tempos, intensity, teaching styles, and choreography. Instructors will offer modifications and options within their workouts to suit the needs of all class participants. Please be aware your own intensity and rate of perceived exertion while participating in a group fitness class and modify your individual workout accordingly. Check out the class descriptions on the back of this schedule for detailed class information! Any class with a is family friendly and children ages 7-12 years are welcome under the direct supervision of an adult. Children must actively participate in the class.
