Introduction
The Annual International Conference of the Society of Operations Management (SOM) is held every year to disseminate knowledge and share new ideas and innovations in managing manufacturing and service operations for businesses as well as for governments, NGOs and other non-profit organizations. These events have been providing a stimulating and buzzing platform for the academicians and the practitioners in the field of operations management and related areas to get together and discuss the subject related developments and to learn from each others experiences.

Objective
The objective of the Conference would be to provide participants with a platform to disseminate and share knowledge and experiences through the presentation of research papers, panel discussions, and one-on-one or group meetings.
