Objectives: Undoubtedly, there is a persistent and growing demand for enhancing the oral communications and other Soft Skills of Management Graduates who need to be groomed to take up responsible positions across varied industries. MOC addresses this critical need by exposing and training students on the key aspects of soft skills development covering Attitude, Communications and Etiquette. By the end of the course the students should be able to: Understand the various aspects of verbal and non verbal communication and its application at work place Improve interpersonal skills and communicate effectively in groups Sharpen presentation and public speaking skills
