Duties Performed
Asst Officer HR/IR & Administration (JUSCO) Recruitment: Co-coordinating with placement agencies to fill manpower requirements in various levels, Screening resumes received from different sources, Conducting preliminary interview, Organizing and scheduling for panel interview, Issuing offer letter and joining formalities, Maintenance of personnel file (Documentation), Deputation of staff from one department, section, unit to another. Facility Maintenance: Taking care of all administrative work like Civil works, liaison work like photocopier, water coolers, Civil works, Maintenance of office etc., Casual & Contract labours, Scrutinizing of contract bills etc. Organization's Training Development: 1. Coordinate the Competency Mapping for supervisor, Coordinate PDP (Personal Development Program) for officers, Co-ordination of training programmes between Corporate and the unit. 2. Organizing the training for clients deputed staff (Includes Carrying competency mapping, Evaluating the gaps, Preparation of Training calendar and Implementation) Employee Relations: Work place discipline, Addressing employee grievances, Disciplinary action. Compliance with Statutory Requirements: Liasoning with statutory authorities , Periodical submission of reports and returns - PF, ESI, Labour etc., Co-ordination between ESI and employees for different benefits through ESI, Obtaining and renewal of licenses under different labour laws, Documentation of returns and correspondences with statutory organizations, Maintaining statutory Registers & filling returns. And monitoring the legal compliances maintained by all the contractors
