BRAINGUARDMD METHODS DETECT THE NEUROVASCULAR EFFECTS OF MASS

We can now record the MASS response indirectly through our non-invasive BrainGuardMD
IMAM-12 measurement system of clinically silent ischemic damage in the brain Our measures
of neurological and neuro ”cognitive” function are constrained to neurovascular capillary beds.
The capillaries of interest perfuse discrete neurological functions. We non-invasively measure
these functions in a pre-post vaccination design using the patient as his/her own case-control to
decrease variance. We also use our measures to chart improvement or regression across
neurodevelopment and in response to treatments you have tried or are considering along autism-
spectrum disorders.

Hemispheric asymmetry and double dissociation methods of functional localization are

measurement methods we have borrowed from neuropsychometrics and clinical
neuropsychology.

The only way to see the MASS process in real time is via electron microscopy. The resolution
required is greater than 15,000 times magnification. This level of resolution is not possible in
living tissue. Moreover, since MASS is a dynamic process, only the “footprints” of MASS can
be seen with electron microscopy as the MASS response is only active in living tissue. We now
know what these footprints are.

Our unique functional, neurovascular, non-invasive, enhanced cranial nerve and neurocognitive
exams are based on facial photographs and video sequences.

I have basically invented new functional brain imaging protocols. These protocols allow me to
indirectly measure clinically silent neuromotor and neurocognitive consequences of MASS in
real time and retrospectively.

By constraining the BrainGuardMD measures to discrete end-vascular territories that sub-serve

highly specific and localized neurological/neuropsychological functions, I have successfully
bypassed our inability to visualize the MASS micro-vessel ischemic process with contemporary
microscopic and medical imaging.

With photographs and video alone, I can now look back across the lifespan of any individual,
dead or alive, and lock in on the temporal sequence of MASS, diagnose the condition, and time

lock its onset to environmental triggers. These same techniques allow us to determine is MASS
is currently active in a particular individual.

MASS is a medical emergency for which treatment exists. When we detect MASS, this means
the subject is experiencing silent ischemic brain damage – strokes.

For the autism-spectrum community of vaccine induced MASS disorders, I am now able to
validate or refute claims that certain supplements and methods including chelating, ABA,
gastrointestinal surgery, prescription drugs, diet, or HBOT has enabled recovery, done nothing,
or moved the original brain injury in a regressive direction.

Only one of the interventions above is helpful (for some) in terms of recovering neurological
damages in the brain. Some interventions are doing nothing more than milking desperate families
of limited financial resources. Some interventions are making the original neurological damage
worse.

BrainGuardMD is the only medical diagnostic tool that is able to diagnose clinically silent
neurological damage in evolution. This means BrainGuardMD can advance diagnose Sudden
Infant death syndrome, in evolution, before sudden death occurs. SIDS can emerge from
vaccination or from infectious disease. SIDS is now preventable and so to is autism-spectrum as
we now know who to treat, when to treat, and what to treat with.

WHAT IS MASS & THE BRAINGUARDMD IMAM-12 MEASUREMENT SYSTEM?

MASS is a generic response to foreign substances in the tissue and bloodstream. It is part of the
healing process by “first intention.” When over stimulated, the micro vascular healing
component of MASS causes disease and disability in clinically silent ways.

Our findings are remarkable. We are now able to measure neurological effects of the MASS
ischemic process based on a pre-post vaccination “digitally enhanced” analyses of cranial nerves,
neuromotor, discrete neurocognitive, and other facial architectural controls. We assess MASS
through the neurovascular functions which are selectively derailed by micro vascular clinically
silent lesions in the brain (and other organs).

Our measures pick up static and active processes which makes our imaging functional. Our
temporal resolution is a function of the magnitude of the MASS response in evolution and the
frequency of the photo/video imaging we collect..

In emergency situations, we can provide live streaming video analysis to direct medical
diagnostics and non-invasive monitoring even while the patient is in hospital or intensive care
unit. When it comes to MASS and neurological integrity, no hospital based imaging system can
see what we see – at all. We can now image, in real time, what emergency medical services will
call “no cause of death” including sudden infant death when the process

Our non-invasive, internet based, functional non-invasive neurovascular MASS imaging

protocols (based on facial and ocular analyses of the cranial nerves) show that many of
the vaccine injured “Gulf War syndrome” Vets” show the exact same markers of
permanent brain damages, based on clinical measurements constrained to hard,
reproducible neurological measures that you can now see. Children and infants also so
show the same brain injury measures after vaccination. These individuals are later
diagnosed with autism-spectrum, SIDS, ADHD, language losses and wide ranging
neurocognitive problems. This demonstrates that the pathological mechanisms are the
same across all vaccines. Nonetheless, there are different clinical symptoms (and
diagnoses) that emerge as a function of when in neurodevelopment the brain is damaged.

We demonstrate brain injuries after vaccination with a within subjects design using the
individuals pre vaccine images as the reference point. We are now finding neurological
and neurovascular MASS damages with:

1) Gardasil deaths and adverse reactions,

2) Adult adverse reactions to Hep A/Hep B

3) MMR, DTaP, HiB, Prevnar etc… in infants and children –

4) Vaccine induced all neurodevelopment disabilities – SIDS to autism to ADHD

5) Post Anthrax series of vaccines in Gulf War vets

WATERSHED VASCULAR TERRITORIES AND DISCONNECTION SYNDROMES

The watershed vascular networks are hardest hit by MASS. The damages are cumulative as in
“punch drunk syndromes” commonly seen in boxers. Indeed, MASS is likely a cornerstone
process in the evolution of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease s well as schizophrenia. The
mechanism of injury is the same, albeit the triggers and brain regions affected differ for each
neuropsychiatric disorder for specific tissue-toxin “docking” mechanism reasons.

In the Brain, MASS creates disconnection syndromes such as Autism-spectrum, learning

disabilities, ADHD, loss of language “isolation of speech syndrome:, executive functions
derailment, loss of thalamic sensory gating mechanisms, central pain syndrome, and highly
specific learning disabilities as a function of which white matter tracts, or combinations thereof,
are disconnected and when in neurodevelopment the disconnection process occurs.

We are now showing that the micro vessel ischemic neurological damages are also occurring
after Gardasil in teen girls, influenza vaccines in some adults, and hepatitis A/B vaccinations
across the lifespan.

Irrespective of the final diagnosis, or vaccine, the core mechanism of injury at the tissue level
appears to be common for all at the micro vessel level. It is likely for these regions that
hyperbaric oxygen protocols are helpful and that single photon emission computerized
tomographic methods demonstrate abnormal blood flow in many neuropsychiatric ailments that
now appear to have a common causative root in the MASS response.

ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS FOR MASS ARE COMING: CATCH 22

We believe we have solutions and fixes for the MASS response in vaccinology, infectious
diseases, and tissue laden with toxins/heavy metals. However, we neither have the resources nor

the staffing for the research and clinical trials required to perfect and provide these solutions on a
global basis.

In order to provide solutions, the vaccine industry, World Health Organization, and Public
Health departments must first acknowledge the problem exists. This admission, unfortunately,
means the pharmaceutical industry will be open for class action lawsuits – globally. We are in a
Catch 22.

At this junction, all that matters is what we now do with the knowledge and information that all
can now see for themselves. This evidence is now as simple as “look and see for yourself,
Vaccines have caused ischemia and damages to us all including autism-spectrum, learning
disabilities, sudden infant deaths, dementia, and much more.

We have answers. We believe we have solutions. I remain hopeful that humanity and corporate
sectors can come together to repair what we have done, and chart a better path forward that

MASS Ischemia: Gardasil deaths and adverse reactions are MASS responses and are
causing clinically silent to overt strokes in the same manner that all vaccines do from infancy to
adulthood. Watershed vascular territories are hardest hit in the micro vessel end-arterial capillary
beds. The neurological symptoms in the Gardasil case above can ONLY be accounted for by a
stroke process that has compromised multiple neurovascular territories - a feature common to
vaccine induced MASS ischemia – even in pediatrics cases.

PROOF CAUSATION: SEE FOR YOURSELVES: VACCINES CAUSE AUTISM & MUCH MORE

Vaccines have been causing clinically silent ischemic strokes in many individuals through the
MASS immediate and delayed hypersensitivity response.

We can now measure the neurobehavioral effects of these ischemic strokes in subjects using a
within subjects design based on pre-post vaccine measurements. Some of our measures reflect
classic variations of neurovascular cranial nerve palsies.

We have found new ways to bring subtle palsies & neurovascular lesions (in evolution) to
measurement.

Two palsies are occasionally apparent to the naked eye if you know what to look for. These
include:

1) The 6th (abducens) cranial nerve & the clinical sign of esotropia (inward deviation of the eye).

2) The 7th (facial) cranial nerve & the clinical sign of nasolabial fold flattening (sagging
cheek/corner of the mouth and an asymmetrical smile).

The vaccine injury cases I have chosen to on our BrainGuardMd site, and in public disclosures,
reflect these two measures.

I have chosen these two BrainGuardMD measures as it is imperative that vaccine injury victims
and families, including the autism-community, literally “see for themselves” what all
vaccinations have done to cause brain damage, neurodevelopment disorders, and ischemic
strokes, for all. The MASS problem still remains in the physiology even f n further vaccinations
are given. Diagnosing the problem as a “MASS episode” in evlution can help. You need to
know when to treat a silent medical emergency that is robbing a MASS victim of recovery hard

The neurological measures we detect are in multiple regions of the brain and brainstem. They are

We have deciphered critical steps in the MASS pathophysiological sequence in microbiology,

neuroimmunology, colloidal solutions and fluid dynamics, and hemodynamics and tissue repair.
We are not prepared to release this information until we have validated the specific intervention
and treatment protocols that have emerged.

MY RESEARCH FINDINGS THREATENS PHARMACY: BACKLASHES ARE COMING

My possession of the “Proof Causation methods for vaccine induced autism-spectrum” has
already created undue duress and hardship in my life. Sharing some of my work with the wrong
people in 2001 and again in 2004/2005, has been a costly adventure from my end. These
disclosures cost me my home, multiple years of my professional career, and almost cost me my
medical licensure in 2005.

Western Medicine is pharmacy driven. There are no rewards or supports for physician-scientists
who independently research the post-market safety of vaccines or prescription drugs.

The Ford motor company employee who exuberantly proclaims: “I did the research on my own
dime/time and I found that all of our car sales over the past 100 years have harmed 1 in 4. We are
going to be sued for all we have,. We can no longer sell cars to the world. Can I have my raise
and promotion?” This person is dealt with swiftly, sternly, and unfairly. I am that person.

Until the lay community learns of this truth (it is laid out for them in the documents that follow)
then I remain vulnerable, as do my professional colleagues, for inordinate backlashes and
character assassinations, some of which have already happened and begun.

IF BRAINGUARDMD GOES DOWN THEN WE ALLGO GO DOWN AND HOPE WILL BE LOST

At this junction, If I “go down” then we all go down as no one else has the knowledge of what
has happened with these vaccines. No one else knows the microbiological mechanism of injury.
No one else knows what solutions are available and need to be developed. No one else knows
how we can begin fixing the vaccine damaged brain in its connecting white matter tracts and
neurovascular pathways to restore lost functions. I need help. We need help. Good will is simply
not going to be enough. We are going to do the work regardless. However, we cannot fight the
battle alone. We are not going to win with sticks and stones. The battlefront at this point is
stopping those who do not want to see the truth for what it is. These individuals and groups are
the obstacles for us all to overcome and we will only overcome this as a unified force.

COMMON SENSE VS SCIENCE: JOIN US WITH COMMON SENSE

The knowledge and solutions I now have is threatening to those that have caused the damages in
the first place. Those responsible will not even admit a problem exists. We cannot expect people
who have a vested interest in denying the truth to stand up for us when the truth holds them
accountable for what they must deny – by ignorance, and by “science.”

Science can never replace common sense and your own powers of direct observation. I have

Our www.AMassNetwork.com site is designed to link s all together. For now, simply sign up (it
is free). This way we can organize as a united force rather than fractionated groups and
individuals. As you will see we are all fighting the same battle, against the same foe and forces,
even though the end diagnoses appear vastly different.

I am also in the throes of a National Leadership race to become the new Leader of the Canadian
Action Party in Canada. The vote is on November 8th, 2008. This is yet another vehicle I have
been working on creating so that we may have as many “weapons” and logistical avenues as
possible to speak truth to power and organize en mass.

SILENCING THE MESSENGER

The history of Western medicine and the pharmaceutical industry in dealing with physician-
scientists that “stir the pot” has been: “if they cannot silence the message, they take out the
messengers.” This is invariably done by finding reason to revoke a physician’s medical license,
by dismissal, or by an onslaught of inane badgering, and false accusations.

In anticipation of the backlash that befalls physicians who challenge pharmacy-driven standards
of care in Western medicine, I have walked away from western medicine with my medical
license intact as of July of this year. If I was using my medical license, and doing what I am now
doing, then my license would be taken away. I was not going to give them the chance as my
voice is your voice and it cannot and will not be silenced or diminished in any form.

You would be told, “you cannot trust Dr Moulden (or Dr Wakefield, or Dr whomever) as the
medical council has revoked their medical license. I have removed that line of counter-attack by
strategy rather than desire. They cannot take away a license I am not using.

COUNTER THINK: WALKING AWAY FROM CLINICAL MEDICINE TO SERVE YOU

Choosing not to use my medical license, or my PhD training in clinical

neuropsychology, or my Masters degree in child and language development, to
earn fee for service does not negate the 21 years of formal University studies,
research, and clinical training I now have. I know how to drive. I do not need to re-
new my driver’s license in order to maneuver a vehicle in traffic.

As a parent, grandparent, or celebrity with concerns, you are brushed off with “you
are not a medical Doctor. You are not a scientist..” Your voice is silenced. Now
when a physician-scientists stands up for you, and we are threatening the status
quo, we are taken out with disciplinary tactics that have nothing to do with the
truth.

I have turned my back on Western medicine as it has turned its back on you. I am
here to help. I need help to help us all – including the Doctors still stuck in the

HEALTH CANADA IS ALSO CORRUPT TO THE CORE

Dr Shiv Chopra was Canada’s Food and Drug Safety advisor for over 40 years. He was recently
fired, along with four other Food and drug safety scientists for speaking up and out on the
corruption in the food and drug safety system. Dr Chopra and colleagues were whistle-blowing
from within the ranks of Health Canada and revealing to the public, Parliament, and the Supreme
Court of Canada that many alleged safe products approved by Health Canada are not safe at all. .

Dr Chopra states that claims for “safe and efficacious vaccines” are not true at all. He knows
this first-hand as he was responsible for reviewing the scientific evidence relied upon for
granting safety approval for Health Canada. He states the science has never been there to support
the vaccine claims that are being made. In fact, he maintains independent science indicates there
is a big problem with vaccines -they are neither safe nor efficacious.

This is what happens when you get to close the truth – you are silenced or fired. One you lose
your “title” you are relegated to “just another voice” as if your knowledge and intellect is
somehow inexorably tied to a position or job title.. If you have raised five children, you are a
parent, whether you are still raising children 40 years later or not.

We have found that the vaccines, across the board, as currently constituted, are causing silent
ischemic strokes. The end diagnostic points covers a wide range of seemingly disparate ailments
including: autism, sudden infant death, learning disabilities, brain damage, organ damages, Gulf
War Syndromes, dementia, Gardasil deaths and adverse reaction, blood clots, some alleged
shaken baby syndromes, hearing loss, blindness, diabetes (type 1), renal failures, and a
cumulative derailment of neurovascular structures within the human brain via clinically silent,
although now measurable, methods and means.

Sometimes these ischemic strokes are clinically apparent. Generally they are silent. Our non-
invasive clinical neurology and neurocognitive based imaging/measurement methods
demonstrate that these strokes are emerging within hours and days of vaccination, - silently. We
are now able to track the ischemic process, in evolution, retrospectively and prospectively, with
our non-invasive BrainGuardMD imaging methods. We can track this process even when the
triggers are infectious disease mediated and not vaccination. Diagnosis is needed in order to
know who treat and when.

STATING THE VACCINE PROBLEM

Vaccines are causing clinically silent microscopic ischemic strokes for everyone.

The range of ischemic clinical pathology is negligible, to neurodevelopment disorders, to autism,

learning disabilities and language losses, clots, seizure disorders, attention deficit disorders
dementia, Gulf War Syndrome, and sudden death. All mammals are adversely affected the same
way.

The coagulation cascades, in response to non-specific vaccine induced immune hyper

stimulation, are inappropriately activated. This is causing focal tissue ischemia and damage to
micro vessel capillary beds.

I have labeled the pathological process by the acronym M.A.S.S. - Moulden Anoxia Spectra
Syndromes.

MASS is a non-specific cell mediated immune response to foreign substances entering

mammalian tissue and the circulatory system. MASS is part of the healing process for any tissue
damage and immunogenic stimulation. .

MASS is a micro vascular systemic form of the classic dermal Arthus reaction to repeat
vaccinations in sensitized individuals.

MASS appears to be a sub- process that active during all types of hypersensitivity responses
from asthma to vascultis to serum sickness.

MASS is white blood cell rather than antibody-mediated. Therefore it should be classified as a
type 4 cell mediated rather than a type 3 antibody-mediated hypersensitivity reaction.

MASS is a sub-process involved in all hypersensitivity responses and tissue repair rather than a
being considered a stand-alone hypersensitivity response in and of itself.

We are at war with those who choose to profit off our pain and suffering. This is war. They are
playing for keeps.

I am a physician. You all can be physicians to. When you do for those who cannot do for you, it
all comes back to you. So, give yourself away, and cast out with hope for the harvest to come.
We need harvesters. We need “David’s” We need each other and the future needs us, for the
moment, more so than what our own immediate needs are. Please join in this battle for the
gateways to come.
