yang Berhubungan dengan Penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Nan Balimo Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nan Balimo Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kota Solok Tahun 2012 vii + 84 halaman, 8 tabel, 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Pembangunan kesehatan diselenggarakan guna menjamin tersedianya upaya kesehatan. Upaya kesehatan diselenggarakan dengan pengutamaan pada upaya pencegahan (preventif) dan peningkatan (promotif) tanpa mengabaikan upaya penyembuhan penyakit (kuratif) dan pemulihan kesehatan (rehabilitatif). Perilaku masyarakat yang diharapkan dalam Indonesia sehat 2025 adalah perilaku yang bersifat proaktif untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan dan mencegah resiko terjadinya penyakit dengan berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Upaya peningkatan perilaku sehat dirumah tangga belum menunjukkan hasil yang optimal, hal ini dapat ditunjukan dari hasil survei dilakukan pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2011 melalui wawancara terhadap 4 orang KK. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi belum optimalnya penerapan PHBS, maka dilakukan suatu penelitian yang bersifat Deskriptif Analitik dengan menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara pada responden yang berjumlah 95 responden. Kuesioner ini berisikan variabel independen yaitu pengetahuan, sikap dan status ekonomi, serta variabel dependent yaitu PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga. Hasil analisa univariat yang diperoleh dari program SPSS 16 diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, status ekonomi dan penerapan PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga di kelurahan Nan Balimo pada saat penelitian masih ada dikategorikan kurang baik. Sedangkan hasil analisa bivariat yang diperoleh dari program SPSS 16 diketahui bahwa pengetahuan, sikap dan status ekonomi mempengaruhi tingkat penerapan PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga di Kelurahan Nan Balimo. Dengan diketahui masih ada penerapan PHBS pada tatanan rumah tangga kurang baik di Kelurahan Nan Balimo yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor pengetahuan, sikap dan status ekonomi maka disarankan untuk mengadakan pelatihan, memberikan contoh tentang penerapan PHBS, dan memberikan informasi tentang PHBS. The study aims to determine what factors affect the application of non optimal behavior, then conducted a study that is descriptive using methods of Analytical Cross Sectional. The research was conducted by interviewing the respondents, amounting to 95 respondents.
