The Central police, Ulhasnagar, has registered a case against a family in Kandivli for forcing their daughter-in-law to abort her baby. The woman had registered a complaint on November 2 against her inlaws. Divya Nitesh Parmar (21) from Namdev Apartment in Ulhasnagar married Kandivli

Thane police commissionerates eight-lane athletics track project behind Central Jail in Saket area has run into a political controversy. Senior BJP leader and Thane deputy mayor Milind Patankar has raised objections stating that police authorities have flouted norms by chopping down mangroves for construction work.
