CHAPTER 13 MOTION TO PAY TRUSTEE DIRECTLY COME NOW the Debtors, by and through the undersigned, and move this Honorable Court to allow them pay the Chapter 13 Trustee directly in lieu of an Income Withholding Order and as grounds thereof shows unto the Court as follows: 1. 2. The majority of the Debtors income is from Social Security and self-employment. The Debtor does have a seasonable part-time job as a child care provider at a local church. Unfortunately, the job is only seasonal and would not be enough income for a withholding order to be issued. 3. 4.
