Debtors ORDER DISALLOWING CLAIM The debtors filed an objection to the claim of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. The matter came on for hearing on March 9, 2011, at which time the creditor did not appear. Counsel for the debtor requested its objection be sustained, and that the State of Alabama Department of Human Resources be allowed to re-file its child support arrearage claim. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the objection is SUSTAINED, and Claim No. 11 filed by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue is DISALLOWED, and the Alabama Department of Human Resources may re-file its child support arrearage claim.
