Guests from animal shelters, wildlife refuges, animal scientists, veterinarians and zookeepers discuss careers and animal care with students In my Filmmakers Book Club, students research and learn special effects and movie production, using industry-grade software such as Adobe Production Premium, After Effects, Maya and Sony Vegas. Students learn movie editing, animation, lighting, and cinematography. Finished student productions air on public access television, and are submitted to film festivals and contests.
