Sub: Offer for Neutral Grounding Resistors against your Email Enquiry Dt.09.09.2010 for Your Project. Dear Sir, We acknowledge with thanks the receipt of your above-referred Enquiry and are pleased to provide our services/offer for the subject matter for Neutral Grounding Resistors as detailed below: 1.0 Scope of Supply: Our scope will include Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Testing, Inspection, packing & dispatch for NGR. Technical Parameters Neutral Grounding Resistor rated as 250V, 50 A for 30 Sec. Duty & rated Resistance 5.0 10% ohms in Punched Stainless Steel (PSS) design. The material of resistance grid will be conforming to Stainless Steel ASTM-A240-304. The allowable Maximum temperature rise of Resistance Grid shall be 250C over ambient 50C for rated duty. Grid elements will be provided with mica Insulation. The Resistor enclosure will be free standing suitable for Indoor installation with 2.0 mm thick sheet steel covers on all sides and Top. The degree of protection for NGR enclosure shall be IP-23 as per IS-2147. Painting shall be epoxy to shade 631 of IS 5. 2Nos. Earthing Terminal for enclosure earthing will be provided on the sides of cubicle. 3.0 Prices:Neutral Grounding Resistors as per Cl. 1.0 & 2.0 @ Rs. 35,000.00 (Each) Ex-works, Gurgaon Basis (Rs. Thirty five thousand only) Testing Charges: 4.1 Routine Tests: 4.1.1 High Voltage withstand test. 4.1.2 Resistance value measurement at ambient. 4.1.3 IR Value. 4.1.4 Dimensional & visual check. Note: All routine tests as above will be carried out at our works Free of Cost as Per IEEE32, if desired, in the presence of customers / consultants representative. 4.2 Type Tests: 4.2.1 Temperature Rise Test on proportionate enclosure if required will be carried out at our works and charged extra @ Rs. 10000.00 per test.

Mode of Dispatch, Freight & Insurance: The above mentioned prices are Ex-works, Gurgaon Basis and do not include Freight Charges. The equipment will be dispatch by Road and freight to pay basis. If required we can arrange transit and freight up to destination will be charged extra at actual. Taxes & Duties The above-mentioned prices are Ex-works, Gurgaon basis and do not include any taxes and duties which will be charged extra i.e. ED@10.30% including Cess and CST@2% against form C. Terms of Payment 100% against Performa Invoice before dispatch. Delivery We shall be able to offer the material for pre-dispatch inspection within 16 to 20 weeks from the date of receipt of approved/ commented drg. and the Drg. for approval will be submitted within 2 weeks from the receipt of PO/LOI/FOA. Validity This offer will remain valid for 30 days. Inspection In the event of an order being placed on us, we would request for inspection to be carried out at our works prior to dispatch by consignee.
