DSEULTRA STARTING WITH QUALITY.

DSEULTRA is made up of two different series of control modules, designed to provide manual and automatic control of diesel generating sets that include non-electronic engines. The DSEULTRA series combines compact module sizes with advanced functionality giving the user an excellent range of engine monitoring and protection features. The modules have the capability* to monitor: low oil pressure, high engine temperature, over speed, under speed, generator volts, generator current, generator frequency and engine run hours. Engine faults are indicated via LED indicators or LCD displays. Upon detection the modules shut down the engine, only allowing a re-start once the fault condition has been removed. The DSEULTRA series is ideal for use on standard applications that use simple generating sets and where ease of use is an essential part of a customers requirements.

DSECONTROL is a series of six control modules designed to provide advanced automatic control of diesel and gas generating sets, that include non-electronic and electronic engines.* The DSECONTROL Series combines sleek panel design with intelligent functionality giving the user advanced engine monitoring and protection features. New in-built technology eliminates the requirement for additional panel instrumentation. This information can be viewed on the front panel LCD displays of the modules. The modules have the capability* to monitor: under speed, over speed, charge alternator failure, emergency stop, low oil pressure, high engine temperature, fail to start, fail to stop, loss of speed sensing signal, low fuel, over current, under/over generator frequency, under/over generator volts and low/high DC battery volts. Engine faults are indicated via LED indicators, LCD displays and audible alarms.** Upon detection the modules shut down the engine, only allowing a re-start once the fault condition has been removed. The DSECONTROL Series is ideal for use on generating sets of all sizes and where comprehensive specifications need to be met. DSEPOWER is a series of three control modules designed to provide advanced load share control for diesel and gas generating sets that include non-electronic and electronic engines. The DSEPOWER Series combines sleek panel design with comprehensive load share functionality and advanced monitoring and engine protection features. This gives the user an extremely powerful control solution. New in-built technology eliminates the requirement for additional AVR & governor control. Panel instrumentation can be viewed on the modules front panel LCD display. The DSEPOWER Series can be used across a number of different load share situations, including: Single generating sets in parallel with the mains (utility) Multiple generating sets in parallel with the mains (utility) Multiple generating sets in parallel with multiple mains (utility) Multiple generating sets in parallel with multiple mains (utility) supplies, feeding multiple loads The modules can combine a maximum of 16 generators and 16 mains (utility) supplies up to a maximum of 20 in one system, e.g. 16 generators and four mains (utility) supplies.

DSEEXTRA BATTERY CHARGERS AND EXPANSION MODULES.

DSEEXTRA is a collection of specially designed battery chargers and expansion modules that have been created to provide additional functionality to the DSE module range. BATTERY CHARGERS The DSE 3.5 Amp and 7.3 Amp Battery Chargers are designed to be permanently connected to automotive batteries, keeping them charged to their maximum capacity. The chargers can also be used to supply a standing load that is attached to a battery. The 3.5 Amp charger has been designed for use on 12 Volt lead acid batteries and the 7.3 Amp has been designed for use on 24 Volt lead acid batteries. To improve reliability the chargers do not include any moving parts. The technology inside the chargers has been designed to avoid overcharging and overloading. The chargers will also continue to operate during cranking & running and have the ability to accept multiple AC voltage connections. The DSE 5 Amp and 10 Amp battery chargers are available in 12 and 24 Volt versions and include all the features of the 3.5 Amp and 7.3 Amp chargers. They also include a charge fail circuit, boost circuit and the ability to accept a greater input voltage range. EXPANSION MODULES A collection of individually designed modules created to provide additional functionality to DSECONTROL & DSEPOWER modules. The modules have the following functionality: Load Share Lines Interface Allows DSEPOWER modules to be connected to and interface with existing analogue load share systems (compatible with other manufacturers load share systems). Input Expansion Control Module Provides an additional eight digital and two analogue inputs. Output Relay Expansion Module Provides an additional sixteen independent relay outputs. LED Expansion Control Module Provides eight configurable LEDs (horizontal enclosure). LED Expansion Control Module Provides eight configurable LEDs (vertical enclosure).
