FUEL* Worship Leader: Vision: the primary concern for this role is to Shepherd the students in the Fuse

ministry, under the leadership of Zach Lentz. Primary Duties: 1. Lead Worship a. Run the weekly rehearsal. 2. Serve on ZLentZs creative team to plan services that move Fuel* forward. 3. Serve the collective worship ministry 4. any other duties assigned by the Student Pastor. Secondary Duties: 1. FUSE Band Management a. Hold FUELband members to the Washington Avenue standards of being Prayed Up, Punctual and Prepped. . b. Planning and Preparation Weekly- Email band member with set list for the upcoming weeks service, have teleprompter slides ready for rehearsal (many of these are already completed and just need to be imported into the teleprompter show), Plan for schedule of band and vocalists for songs. 2. Guests/host preparing for and hosting any guests we have for Fuel. Expectations of the role: i expect you to be prayed up, spiritually healthy and growing. 1 tim 3:1-13 [sober-minded, self controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money, managing his own life and household well, with all dignity. not double-tongued, holding the mystery of faith with a clear conscience.] i expect you to maintain integrity to what is preached in the bible, and from the stage. staff members must be good stewards of their time, talent and treasure, their relationships and their physical condition. i expect to hold you accountable to the rule of letting your yes be yes and no, no. integrity of word and deed is paramount. there is much freedom to say the phrases, no and i dont know. honesty is a must. i expect you to take problems/negativity up and not down or sideways. this is gossip. my door is always open if you have any issues, and if you have issues with me. i expect punctuality. it is the culture of WAC to be ruthlessly on time.

i expect loyalty and push-back. i must have constructive critique and will give it. i cannot have a yes-man. however, push back must be given in love and loyalty, welcomed behind closed doors. i expect proactive creativity the seeking out of new solutions to improve every system and practice we have in place. i do not expect perfection and will give as much grace as possible if it is clear that a proper humble and repentant attitude is being shown.
