Indoor venues
Seven indoor venues of varying sizes cater for everything from small boardroom meetings to large conferences. Dedicated group check-in area, resort-wide WiFi, full-service Business Center, and secretarial and translation services, are matched by the latest conferencing technology including motorized projection screens available literally at the press of a button, integrated audio systems and video-conferencing. Opening on to lush gardens just off the main lobby, AYANA Ballroom hosts a range of functions from private indoor dinners to full-scale exhibitions. A large stage is available and the room can be divided into separate rooms and themes depending on group requirements.

Outdoor Venues
With extensive tropical gardens and stunning sunset and ocean views across the propertys 1.3 kilometer coastline, AYANA is the perfect venue for a private outdoor gathering. Choose from a variety of secluded settings including Chandra Surya, the cliff-edge lawn above Rock Bar; Asmara, with its distinctive 350-year-old joglo a ceremonial pavilion featured in the palaces of Javanese royalty; Bale Kencana, a traditional Balinese pavilion with 180-degree views across the ocean; Langit Theatre, an open-air ampitheatre for traditional dance performances and dinner banquets; and the grand Champa Garden.

Champa Garden
Designed by renowned Indian architect Karan Grover, Champa Garden is an avant-garde outdoor event space designed to host grand scale weddings, conferences and other private functions. With capacity to cater for 3,000-plus guests in complete seclusion, Champa Garden is the first and largest transposable private outdoor venue of its kind created within the grounds of a five-star hotel. The minimalist design features a long paved boulevard flanked by tranquil water features and leading to a large stage, which can be themed to suit any event.

AYANA Villa
Catering for guests requiring the highest level of privacy and security, the two-story, three-bedroom AYANA Villa is situated on 3000 square meters of cliff-edge gardens. Large entertaining areas, priceless works of art and unrivaled ocean views across Balis southern peninsula make this the islands most exclusive event venue.

With seven different restaurants and an additional six lounges/ bars, enjoy a diverse range of delectable cuisine from around the world including Italian, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Western and Indian. Our team of international chefs create special menus to suit group requirements, whether a large buffet-style event on the cliff-edge, or an intimate tasting menu in a private dining room. Add the final touch to any event with after-dinner cocktails at the Rock Bar, perched 14 meters above the ocean on natural rocks with only the sky as your ceiling.
