Craig and Derricott make switch to Dynamics NAV from Azzure IT
Pursuing progressive business growth, midlands-based switchgear manufacturer Craig & Derricott has decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV from Azzure IT to improve data management and enhance its customer service. Originally founded in 1944, Craig & Derricott is implementing a long term programme of investment in core areas of their business including manufacturing, sales and personnel. The most recent development has seen the company upgrade its ageing ERP solution to MS Dynamics NAV, to improve efficiency and promote growth. Andrew Dolman, Craig & Derricotts Managing Director, says the decision to upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV was an easy one. Performance issues combined with a lack of local support was becoming a real problem. At the same time new standalone CRM and finance systems were proving difficult, costly and impractical, resulting in data duplication and a heavy reliance on data rekeying.
