Updates & Changes: *Wednesday evenings Jean will start with Pilates and continue with Yoga for our new class, Yoga/Pilates Combo, 2 for 1 :) *Deep Stretch Yoga: Wednesday & Thursday the 2nd & 3rd and Monday the 21st. *Spinning added Wednesday evenings & Begginers spin on Sundays - if you've never tried it or have once or twice this class is for you! *Please pay attention to evening class times as we made some slight changes. *SilverSneakers Muscular Strength classes are open to everyone! *Blue writing is group training.

Zumba Fitness- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective, giving you a big calorie burn, 500+, in an hours time. Anyone can do it! You dont need to know how to dance to succeed!
