Sterling Institute of Management Studies is an emerging management institute located in the lush green surroundings of Nerul, Navi-Mumbai. The Institute offers two-year full-time MMS postgraduate degree and three year full-time MCA program of the University of Mumbai. Sterling Institute of Management Studies was established in the year 2004

About the Conference

A highly competitive environment, knowledgeable consumers and fast pace of technology are keeping business enterprises on their toes. Today business research has become key for survival of any business entity. It aims to provide information to solve Managerial Dilemmas in all functional areas. This conference will provide an opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills required to solve business problems and meet the challenges of a fast paced decision making environment. This Conference will focus on how to apply research across various functional areas of business. The Conference aims at bringing together the best minds, both in the corporate and academic fields, to one forum and discusses the issues, challenges, strategies and recent trends in area of business research.

Objectives of Conference
1. To provide platform for presentation and discussion of high-quality original research work 2. To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between researchers and practitioners in the field 3. To discuss opportunities thrown-up in the emerging environment due to change in consumer preferences.

Call for Papers

SIMS invites unpublished, empirical, high quality research papers from practicing Managers, Academicians, Research Scholars and Entrepreneurs for presentation at the Conference. An indicative list of sub themes as research topics is given below. However, authors are free to correspond with the Conference convener if they seek to present papers in areas other than those mentioned, but falling into the overall Conference theme. The Selection and Editorial Committee is having full authority to select the full papers for printing in the proceeding.

Guidelines for Full Paper Submission

Original papers on the above mentioned theme are invited from academic scholars, practicing professional and industry official. Full paper along with abstract should have a word limit of 6000 words . The paper must be typed in 12 pt fonts in Times New Roman with 1.5 line space. Besides, there must be a key words and a few line about the author with Email address and contact number.

Registration

To register for the conference, please complete the registration form after your paper is accepted before 15th July 2012 and send to NCRDs Sterling Institute of Management Studiesand send to srivastava@vsnl.net or rks_pmc@yahoo.com. The conference is restricted to 100 participants, so early registration is encouraged.

Delegates unable to travel to India may present their papers through Video Conferencing please give your full details.

Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai will award a Certificate of Participation to the Conference participants, on completion of the program. The certificates will be signed by the Resource Faculty. Abstract will be published in ISBN resistered abstract issue.
