TARGET AUDIENCE Anybody working with or handling food including the private, public, community and voluntary sectors. FREQUENCY OF ATTENDANCE All staff who handle food should attend a Full day Food Safety Course CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering INTRODUCTION Food poisoning continually receives attention from the media.
