At Great Harvest, we bake 8-10 varieties of bread daily, using only the finest natural ingredients available. Our whole wheat flour is stone-milled daily in the bakery to produce the freshest, most flavorful bread you can buy...and the most nutritious! There are no fats or oils of any kind in our basic breads. Some specialty breads may contain cheeses, eggs, tofu, butter, etc please be sure to ask us at the counter. Each loaf is hand-kneaded and baked with individual care.
