I. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Back Ground One of the purpose of vocational high school is doing on the job training (OJT) is that student Can do training in industry word diretly. Student should be prepared do complete with the other Boutiq KD Modeste, so their survive by creating job field to after graduating from vocatipnal high school.

V. RECOMMENDATION

The recommendations here are intended to school: 1. That on the job training does not take long time because the students can be so boring in industry. 2. The teachers should explain the activity more clearly, so that the students can understand why, they should do the job training. 3. The intructor from school be more active.

Kebaya modification is a long-sleeved blouse worn out cloth or sarong that

covers most of the body. Kebaya length ranges around the pelvis up to the knees. Kebaya modifications can be made from the flowering or plain cotton, silk, brocade, lace, materials synthesis, striated and smooth cotton organdy or smooth edges are all decorated with lace. The production process kebaya generally only use french tile that has a flat flower combined with batik or songket as subordinates. In making modifications kebaya this time, the materials used are plain tulle, satin, lace and brocade with this type of wire. In the process later plain satin and tulle is decorated with brocade on certain parts such as the arms, waist, neck to back, and the bottom of the kebaya.
