Open Letter to the LCG leadership, and to those who read it, This last week or so, i asked

Wallace G. Smith of the LCG a certain number of questions, he in turn directed me toward LCG HQ, when he wouldn't give me the answers. I have sent those questions to the LCG and have not received a response from them since. I also posted the questions on a Prayer request group, asking for them to Pray for the ministers , that God would give them the answers. I was removed and blocked, for asking such from a "Prayer request group". Someone asked why I was removed and he was replied with that the LCG knows about what we are posting, and that we (my Family) were causing division, and that we were Trouble makers. I then got notified that Wallace G. Smith, in which I have had many conversations in the past with, had posted on his blog about me and my family, saying we're "goofy" conspiracy theorists. And that we have "our version of Mr. Armstrong". This is of course a LIE. He grabs a hold of an Idea that he thinks he has the goose that laid the golden egg, the 501c3 subject. He believes that we are wrong with our research in 501c3. During our past conversations, he pulled out of the blue, the articles of incorporation of "Herbert Armstrong, Pastor General of the Churches of God, a corporation sole". He "CLAIMS" that this document disproves our "theory", which of course is not a "theory" but a "FACT"! He claims that the document he found shows that Mr. Armstrong placed the Church under the 501c3 section of the Internal Revenue Code. I can disprove it. WITH the document in which he claims proves him right! Let's take a look, shall we....

Now lets head over to the Colorado Secretary of State site http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/BusinessEntityCriteriaExt.do And type "herbert armstrong" and click search You'll find the document, click under the Id number "19871442611"

These will show you a summary of the corporation. At the top left hand corner you'll see "history & documents", click that. That will bring you to the history of the Corporation Sole. The Top link is the Document Wallace G. (14) In the event this corporation soles charter is surrendered, or revoked by the Church, then this corporation sole shall be dissolved. In the event of winding up or dissolution of this corporation sole for any reason, after paying or adequately providing for its debts and obligations, the remaining assets shall be distributed to one of the following Organizations, corporations, trustees or other entity, in the order of their preference in listing, provided, however the recipient is exempt from federal tax under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 508 of the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1954 (or corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law): (A) The Church, or in the event it is unable to take title for any reason, then to (B) The individual members of the Advisory Council of Elders of the Church, in trust, for the benefit of the Church for the purposes stated herein, or in the event they are unable to take title for any reason, then to (c) The organization, corporation or trustee or other entity appointed by the Pastor General of the Church, or in the event such power of appointment is not valid for any reason, then to (d) the Worldwide Church of God, a California corporation.

Armstrong was the latter. This is the GOLDEN EGG that Wallace G. Smith of the LCG THINKS he has. A Little more study into it, he wouldnt have presumptuously jumped on it. But that is what happened, and what appears is they are doing a smear campaign trying to discredit my Family and I, BECAUSE WE ASKED THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS! The QUESTIONS which the LCG has NOT answered! Nor has of YET! They are doing damage control, to ignore the questions, and REFUSE to answer them, they would rather try to discredit those who asked the questions. I never mentioned 501c3, but Wallace G. Smith keeps bringing it up. Well, God works in mysterious ways. The True Colors is coming out. Now Lets get back to the questions that started it all.

The LCG (as well as the other COGS) have CHANGED the Doctrines of CHRIST! Just as the TKACHS DID! REMEMBER? That is why they split from them in the first place, because of the CHANGES! They are doing the same thing the Tkachs did. And I ask WHY. If there is a scriptural explanation for the Changes, please provide them. BUT I FIND NONE in your literature. Gods people DESERVE AN ANSWER! I have proven with the Proof your minister, Wallace G. Smith, has SWORE that it disproves what were saying. I heard one former Facebook friend say thats why they say the splinter groups are wrong, sort of, but the MAIN POINT is that they CHANGED THE DOCTRINES, THE ONLY POINT THEY WANT out of the Picture! They want everyone focused on a subject most really dont understand. I didnt , it took me a while in studying and research to understand it. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT is the CHANGES! The Changes! The only thing No one wants to answer for. Please PROVIDE the Answers, Publically! So that Gods people will know the Truth of the Matter. I ask this of the other COGS

as well. WHY DO you think that you can change what Christ has done? Please stop the SLANDER you are doing! Of me and my family, and of MR. ARMSTRONG! First and foremost JESUS CHRIST! You think you know more than Christ, at this point. But God has a way to purify that self righteousness from us. RETURN to the ORGINAL Doctrines and Teachings of the HOLY WORD, the Same teachings and doctrines that Jesus Christ taught through Mr. HERBERT W. ARMSTRONG! The VERY SAME! Then we may find favor in Gods sight, and receive the blessings and walk side by side into Gods kingdom. God Prepared His way. We must choose the WAY HE PREPARED through His messenger, Mr. Herbert W Armstrong. The Way of Christ. Gods WAY OF LIFE! Not the deceptive path Satan the Devil has prepared through his ministers. A Counterfeit of Gods Path. Lets Return back to God, and His Teachings and Doctrines and ALL Speak the same thing! The Same thing Jesus Christ spoke through His Chosen Apostle and End-Time Elijah, Mr. Herbert W Armstrong! If you wont, PLEASE answer these Questions. ANSWER these Questions ANYWAY, because Gods People deserve an Answer. We await you HONEST and straightforward answers. Not YOUR justification of the Changes! Repentance is always best.
