STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION Re-Examination for Combined Recruitment for Assistant Grade III (General, Depot, Technical and

Account Cadres) in FCI, 2013 held on 13.01.2013- Declaration of the result of Paper I. The Commission has conducted re-examination for Combined Recruitment for Assistant Grade III in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres in FCI, 2013 on 13.01.2013 at various centres. Against, 4116 registered candidates, 2298 candidates actually appeared in this examination. Following are the details of candidates provisionally qualified for appearing in Paper-II/ Paper III in the Combined Recruitment for Assistant Grade III (General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres) in the FCI, 2013. 2. The above said lists are purely provisional and subject to the recommended candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective post in the Notice of Examination and also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures, handwritings, etc., on the application forms, admission certificates, etc. The candidature of the candidates are liable to be cancelled by respective Regional Directors/Deputy Directors in case candidates are found not fulfilling eligibility conditions or any other genuine reasons, including but not limited to resorting to unfair means. 4. The above results are based on data relating to category and post preferences sent by Regional Office of the Commission and are subject to verification of their options furnished in the Application Form. Inclusion of any candidate in any of the list of the post for which he/she has not opted will not confer any right on his/her consideration for any post for which he/she had not exercised option. Candidates for whom blank post preferences were received in the data from regional offices have been considered against all posts. Regional offices shall call such candidates for paper II/ III based on the actual options exercised by them. ..2/-

It is important for the candidates belonging to reserved category for whom certain percentage of vacancies is reserved as per the policy of the Government, to note that some of them may have been declared eligible for the Paper-II/Paper-III Examination for the specific category mentioned in the result. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Offices of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories shown against their roll numbers. Candidates whose name and Roll No. do not match should also bring such mismatch to the notice of concerned Regional Offices for detailed examination. Candidates meeting the cut off for a particular post have been considered for those posts based on the Options exercised by them in their application form. 6. Candidates may note that as per notice of the examination and instructions given in the answer sheets, they were required to code/write their particulars correctly and sign answer sheets. Such answer sheets which are without signature/LTI and where particulars such as name, roll number, ticket number and Test Form number have been written and/or coded incorrectly, have been rejected/awarded ZERO marks. 7. Candidates who have qualified in Paper-I of above examination are thus eligible for appearing in Paper-II/Paper-III of the said Examination which is scheduled to be held on 03.02.2013. Qualified eligible candidates who do not receive the Admission ticket for PaperII/Paper-III of the said Examination within 2 or 3 days before the date of the said examination should immediately contact the respective Regional Office of the Commission. 8. It may be noted that the Commission undertakes post-examination analysis of performance of candidates to identify candidates who have resented to malpractices and cancels the candidature of such candidates. The result of paper-1 and marks placed on website are subject to such analysis and follow up action. 9.
