Groduation Exercises For 147 Basic Seniors Slated May 31

Sewell, president of the Clark County Board of Education, followed by the National Anthem by the band. The exercises will close with a benediction by the Reverend Glenn H. Lutz, Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church; and the recessional. "War March of the Priests" by Mendlessohn, by the Basic High School Band. The public is invited to attend.

Baccalaureate Sciieduled For Sunday, May 27


Baccalaureate Service for graduating Seniors at Basic High School will be held Sunday, May 27, at 3 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Thi pu^K^s invited to attend, i The- processional, "Crussf' der's Hymn" by Frederict Wick, will be sung by the Basic High School Chorus. The Reverend Robert Johnson, Minister of the Church of Christ, will give the invocation, followed by 'The Lord's Prayer," Albert Mallotte, by Ellouise Howes. The Reverend A. R. Coleman, Pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church, will deliver the baccalaureate sermon, followed by Henry Russell's, "The Halls of Ivy' by the Basic High School Chorus. Closing the service will be the benediction by the Reverend J. R. Nichols, Vicar of St. Timothys Episcopal Church and the recessional, Holy, Holy, Holy', by the congregation.
