They are dealing with child security on playgrounds, also the ways how to build a safe playground construction. If you have very small child, and you are taking it on this kind of playgrounds, watch carefully your child, so you could prevent any kind of injury or falling. These assemblies are remarkably good for the physical development of child and its movement coordination, so it would be a real shame to deprive the child this kind of game, just out of fear of eventually injury, which can be prevented by focusing on your child while playing. Also, on these playgrounds a child meets other children and develops social habits. And parents who are bringing their children here can also bond with other parents and become friends
Carefully make the parts of the bench by the measurements given on particular pictures. The measurements are given in millimeters, while the measurements given in inches are in brakes (1 inch = 25, 4 mm).

Assemblage instructions Frame Assemblage 1. Weld the Round Tubings D73 x 4mm Cut Length 1887,00mm (Part 1) to the Round Tubings D73 x 4mm Cut Length 3314,00mm (Parts 2).
2. Weld the Supports (Part 4) to the construction made in the previous step following 2D
documentation.
Before painting, smoothen the welded spots with a grinding machine, so the child will not get any scratches or other harms during the play. 3. Dig the holes in the ground, as it is shown on picture below.
4. Put the Bars D12mm (Part 6) into the holes on the Round Tubings D73 x 4mm Cut Length 1887,00mm (Part 1) and the Round Tubing D73 x 4mm Cut Length 3314,00mm (Part 2). This way formed subassembly put it in the holes and then pour concrete in it and wait a couple of days, until the concrete tighten.

2. To the assembly made in the previous step weld the Cover D51mm (Part 2).
3. Repeat this procedure on the other side of the Round Tubing D51 x 3,6mm Cut Length 3400,00mm (Part 1).

4. Fasten the Seats (Part 8) to the subassembly by using Washers M6 (Part 5), Hexagon Nuts M6 (Part 6) and Bolts M6 x 30mm (Part 10).
5. Weld the Hand Holders (Part 9) to the subassembly made in the previous step, following the 2D documentation.

Rocker Arm 4200mm Assemblage Form the subassembly Rocker Arm 4200mm Assemblage the same way as you formed subassembly Rocker Arm 3400mm Assemblage. Seesaw assemblage 1. Put the Rocker Arm 3400mm Assemblage between the Suports (Part 4 subassembly Frame). In this procedure, the axes of the Supports (Part 4 subassembly Frame) and Shell (Part 3 Subassembies Rocker Arm 3400mm and Rocker arm 4200mm) needs to be alined.

2. Push the Axle (Part 5 Subassembly Frame) through the Support (Part 4 subassembly Frame) and Shell (Part 3 Subassembies Rocker Arm 3400mm and Rocker arm 4200mm) and then weld it.

Adjust the height of the Frame subassembly and length of the subassembly Rocket Arm to suit your child. Needed dimensions can be calculated easily by following the next picture.
Its very practical to dig in the ground some old tires on the exact spot, where the Rocket Arms touches the ground. The idea is shown on the picture below. This way, the safety of the children is improved, and it will be easier to ride it up and down.
