7 SHIH/THE ARMY The Judgment Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace (Luke 7:50). Your faith and confidence in an Almighty Power to back you up will lead you to victory and triumph over your problems.if God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). The army represents the multitude of thoughts, ideas, opinions, beliefs, and images in your mind. Gather them all together and teach tem that there is only One Power---The living Spirit Almighty---which flows through your thoughts and images, then you will have a disciplined army. You are here to govern and to control all the people (thoughts) in your mind and to lead them to faith in peace and happiness.

The Image To be a true leader, you must take charge of the motley crew of thoughts and feelings seething inside your own mind. You do this by seeing only the truth, hearing only the truth, discerning good from evil, absorbing the spiritual values of life and, finally, incorporating these into your subconscious mind. As you continue to dwell mentally and emotionally on the eternal verities, they will sink into your subconscious mind. Since the law of your subconscious is compulsive, you will have no choice but to succeed and to triumph. The Lines. Six at the bottom:set in order the things that are wanting (Titus 1:5). It is said that order is heavens first law. Affirm boldly that Divine law and order govern all my undertakings, and everything that I seek comes to me in Divine love and in Divine order. When you impress your subconscious with the concept of Divine law and order, you will began to express yourself at your highest level. Your hidden talents will be revealed, and serenity, peace, and harmony will prevail in all phases of your life. Nine in the second place: Call unto me and I will answer thee, and shew the great and mighty things, which thou knowest not: (Jeremiah 33:3). Acknowledge and recognize God as the ruler and guide in your life. As you love and exalt this Supreme Presence within you, giving It supreme allegiance, you will automatically respect and honor the Divinity in others, and you will prosper and grow along all lines. Six in the third place:let the dead bury their dead (Luke 9:60). Dont build cemeteries in our mind. You do that by indulging in grief, sorrow, and grudges. If you dig up an old grievance or hurt by rehearsing it in your mind, you are opening a grave inside yourself. To think about the past is a kind of mental and emotional death. Dont touch any negative thought. Liquidate the past, obliterate negative thoughts, and replace them with the right thoughts. Let Divine love rule in your mind. Your good is this moment. Your future is your present thoughts made manifest.

Six in the fourth place:Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first and consuleth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?...he sendth an ambassage, and desirth conditions of peace (Luke 14:31). If you were ill, you would see a doctor. If you had the faith, you could heal yourself, but might not have the time. In whatever problem you face, dont wait until you get worseget immediate attention. Dont blame yourself because you cant meet a certain situation. Do the next best thing and come to a state of peace about it. When the odds seem insurmountable to you, dont fight the condition, but instead seek counsel and help, and pray for guidance. Remember, if you were always walking in the consciousness of God. you would never be sick and would be able to solve all problems. You have not reached that plateau yet, as in fact few of us do, at least in a sustained manner. Six in the fifth place:the elder shall serve the younger (Romans 9:12). You must not permit fear, anger, resentment, or vengeance to rule your actions. The elder means the mass mind, thinking, early training, and indoctrination in also beliefs, prejudices, and the opinions of others. You body and environment are the first things of which you are aware, Later on, you learn about the spiritual values and Presence of God in our depts., and you let wisdom, truth, and beauty govern you. This is why the elder (old thoughts) shall now be controlled by the spiritually minded man possessed of true values. If you do not enthrone Gods love in your mind and instead allow yourself to be ruled by it, failure will result. Think good, good follows; think evil, evil follows. Six at the top:as a prince hast thou power with God (Genesis 32:28). You are a prince of God when integrity, honesty, an confidence in God reign supreme in your mind and heart. Your decrees are based on eternal verities and the truths of God, which are timeless and changeless. From now on all your ways are pleasantness and all your paths are peace. 46. SHENG.PUSHING UPWARD

The Judgement Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward (Ecclesiastes 3:21). The Spirit of God animates, sustains, and strengthens you. Know that God is guiding you to the right counselor who will aid and assist yu in the right way. You are Divinely active, and whatever you do will prosper in a wonderful way.

The Image Let the field be joyful and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice (Psalms 96:12). The roots of the trees absorb all the chemicals and moisture from the soil necessary for their growth. This is based on a subjective wisdom operating automatically., and the tendency of all trees is to move upward toward the heavens. Likewise, as move forward with faith and confidence you will attract everything necessary for the unfoldment or blossoming of your plans, and you will be very successful.

The Lines Six at the bottom: This means that in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength (Isaiah 30:15). Whatever plans you have, you should go forward with the absolute conviction that great blessings are yours---right now.

Nine in the second place:serve him in sincerity and in truth. (Joshua 24:14). Being free from deceit and falseness of all kinds and adhering to honesty, integrity, and justice favor your success. The offering and sacrifices mentioned in the I Ching and in the Bible mean giving up the lesser for the greater. For example, if you speak rudely, you should instead begin to speak kindly and lovingly---that will be an offering and a sacrifice. Nine in the third place: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly (Psalms 84:11). As you move forward joyously and confidently, all the powers of God move on our behalf, and you are assured of success and prosperity in your undertakings. Six in the fourth place: I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath death bountifully with me (Psalms 13:6). Keep going forward, be joyous and happy, and give thanks to the Source of all blessings. Honor and promotion are bestowed on you. Six in the fifth place:and bring forth fruit with patience (Luke 8:15). Suppress restlessness and annoyance in waiting. Have persistent courage in difficult circumstances. Growth is by degrees. It is the quiet, peaceful mind, full of confidence, which gets things done. You will advance in a wonderful way, though gradually and by degrees in Divine order.

Six in the sixth place: To give light o them that sit in darknessto guide our feet unto the way of peace (Luke 1:79). Darkness is absence of light. Light means Infinite Intelligence within you that know the way out of darkness (problems, difficulties, obstructions) Trust implicitly the Infinite Intelligence within hour subconscious to lead and guide you in always. Adhere to the great truth that all problems are Divinely outmatched. Do not fight problems or difficulties in your mind, as the attitude would make matters worse. Follow the Guiding Principle within you. It always speaks in peace, never in confusion.
